The hotel and room were smaller than i saw in the photos. But once we settled in, it felt like home. The food, staff, service, maintenance everything was top notch. It's so close to the golden temple, just 2-3 minutes walk. Really loved it. Would love to stay again and for longer duration.

Good stay and near to golden temple . Room is also nice for staying with family. Breakfast is also good. Service staff is also cooperative and on manager at service desk is also cooperative. They also alow us for waiting

The stay in the hotel was good. It was satisfactory. The price was up to the facility not too much nor too less. Their was a small leak in the hot water pipe rest every thing is fine. The room and bathroom was clean and neat that's what every guest would expect and that they have full filled also the hotel was near to railway station and golden temple need not have to travel long.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.
