Location may not be ideal but it more than compensates by value for money. Good cleanliness levels. Personnel is efficient and pleasant to interact with, potential with the exception of the night shift. Overall, recommended.

There have been points of improvement, it is an overall acceptable place. The air-con this time was at least functioning, but the temperature could not be controlled (which can be set centrally), which should be corrected in the future. Also, it leaves a sour taste when cash is accepted but there is no adequate coins to give exact change (which may be a matter of some cents, but keeping these extra cents is simply not an appreciable gesture). Overall it is acceptable for a night’s stay, but could not project myself for much longer than that given the objectively limited space and (most importantly) the rather inexistant soundproofing and the risk of a temperamental air-con when concerning the existence of windowless cabins.

Had a great experience as a solo traveller. All I needed was a comfortable bed and a shower in the morning and this fit that purpose. Room is well designed, and had plenty of hanging / storage space. Matress is firm, which is how I have mine so I was happy with the comfort of my sleep. No problems with both heating and cooling, as well as no hot water problems. Only thing I would say is if you’re staying on an outside room, and the rain is pretty hard, it will cause some noise as it hits the metal structure. Didn’t bother me, but it could bother others who are more sensitive to noise. I’d stay again , and felt it offered great value for money

NOT FOR INDIAN PEOPLE. First, All be informed that it is not a regular hotel. It is build on Japanese capsule hotel fundamentals. Most rooms are without windows, are dark. The windows if any do not open. Bunk beds almost touch the ceiling. Feels like solitary confinement and is suffocating. It is for the young experimenting generation. Not recommended for the elderly also.

A 15 minute walk from the closest tram station. A safe nice walk though, goes through a college campus i think, lots of 20 year olds. Check in and out was very easy. The room was small but very clean, though no windows. Had AC and good amenities.

I don’t know why more people don’t say anything about this hotel. It’s a bit out of the way in a not great part of town, but as long as you’re careful and not out alone after dark, you should be fine. But still, it’s only about a 10 min walk to the metro station! The service was excellent and we got exactly what we paid for— a clean but small room with a private bathroom. If you don’t mind the space constraints or location and want a cheap but excellent stay in Amsterdam, I’d highly recommend the diamond capsule hotel!

Zeer nette capsule hotel met privé badkamer en toilet. Personeel is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.

Voor de prijs die je betaalt, krijg je echt waar voor je geld. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel genoeg voor de prijs en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is ook ideaal en gratis parkeren.

Według mnie, nie jest to hotel kapsułowy, pokoje są w miarę przestronne z prywatną łazienką. Hotel oferuje darmowy ekspress do kawy i herbaty oraz chrupiące croissanty na śniadanie bez dodatkowej opłaty, bardzo polecamy wszystkim podróżnym

Muy buen hotel, todo muy limpio. Me gustó que tiene todo lo necesario y los recepcionistas son muy amables. El único inconveniente es que está un poco lejos del centro de Amsterdam y para regresar en la noche los días de semana hay que tomar taxi que desde el centro de Amsterdam puede costar entre 12 a 20 euros.
