Ulasan Hotel Arena

Lovely hotel in the beautiful park, not too far to the metro stations. The room itself was nice but a little hot as the AC wasn’t very strong. Would stay here again.

Can't complain a lot, except there is no water boiler, we need to ask. The room is clean, the surrounding is quite and nice. We like to walking at the park after lunch or dinner.

Is not on city center but you get perfect hotel and quiet night instead

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅

The location and environment is alright, but the stuff isn’t in their professional attitude. Not even sure if she kinda ****** me.

I spent over 20 days in Europe, staying at several hotels. First of all, check-in at this hotel was a bit of a hassle. The service was excellent, though. This was the only hotel in Europe that charged a deposit, but they refunded it, haha! The park outside the hotel was absolutely beautiful! It was fantastic! Whether you woke up in the morning or came back in the evening, you could take a stroll or sit for a while. So relaxing! The hotel lobby, restaurant, and public areas were incredibly spacious and comfortable! The only downside was the rooms were really small, haha, even though they were lofts. The stairs were also incredibly steep; I only went up briefly before finally going up again. I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to the zoo the next day, but then I found out it was a 20-minute walk, and the scenery along the way was rather ordinary, not nearly as good as the area near the canal. If you're planning to go out that day, I'd recommend staying near the central station.
