The pool water here is super clean, and the staff are really friendly. They also offer bike rentals, which is super convenient. Most importantly, the rooms are clean—that’s the key thing. I totally recommend this place to everyone!

The location of this hotel was great. The staff were very efficient in helping us with whatever we needed. We booked a room for three people last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service considering that it was one of the more reasonable hotels around and so close to the city centre. Great place and great staff. I will definitely be adding this hotel to my favourite's list.

Room was modern and very spacious for 3 people, resulting in good stay. Very welcoming hotel and decent size swimming pool to relax in too. Other positives were the friendliness of the neighbourhood and the good transport links to the centre of Amsterdam.

Good place to stay in. Never found better nearby and takes 15 min ride to airport which is quite convenient😉

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the experience was decent, but there are some areas for improvement for a 4-star establishment. Cons: • No slippers or hand soap in the room, which is surprising for this level of service. • The Skybar was closed during our entire stay. • Rental bikes are overpriced, especially considering they are hardly ever used, whereas in the city, the rates are much more attractive. • Access to the spa is chargeable (€5), which should be included at this price level. • We booked and paid for a king-size bed, but we got two single beds pushed together, which is very uncomfortable for a couple. • No smoking area: you have to leave the hotel to smoke, even while having a coffee at the bar, which is inconvenient. Cons: • Good location, only a 30-minute direct tram ride from the central station. • The tram station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel. • Spacious, clean room with a beautiful view. In summary, the hotel has potential but should address these issues to better reflect a true 4-star hotel.

Posizione strategica perché vicino alle fermate del tram 17 che porta nel centro di Amsterdam fino alla stazione centrale, si trova anche nelle vicinanze dela stazione ferroviaria LELYLAAN che collega la stazione centrale all'aeroporto. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere spaziose, servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia. Molto gradito il brindisi di benvenuto offerto, un buon vino bianco fresco e frizzante.
