Clean, comfy room with a large storage area underneath the bed for your luggage. I would recommend bringing your own towel etc but there are some you can rent from the reception. Would really recommend for solo travelers as everyone was super accommodating and friendly!

I liked staying here, very nice price-quality ratio, affordable service, very friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The clerk is helpful for finding a new room for me due to the delay of cleaning. She gave me free beverages and updated my room. Really appreciate her assistance.

Good service. The pod is clean and comfortable. However, keep in mind you need to pay for city tax even if it is not listed on Trip.com. This part of the description on trip.com is really misleading.

Nice location and vibes but charges could be more reasonable for the items provided as add-ons. Felt that there should be more warmth in the service.

The service was spotless. At check in I paid the City Tax and I was checked in online then just some formalities. I like the room. I have a bed and I have no idea who am I sleeping with. I do not talk a lot except if I snore or while sleep.

Very good location, inside a park with front doors opening into the park and a small stream. A bit of a walk from subway, tram is closer. Inside an old school house there is an old lecture room you can relax in. Bed was very comfy. Lobby always full of people and big groups which can be a problem depending upon the person.

Stayed in a pod for two nights. The environment was very quiet and the bathrooms were cleaned frequently. Breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the transportation is quite convenient, and the park is quite beautiful in the morning.

Staff super friendly!!! But the bed was three bunk bed and I got the top one, it’s VERY high up I’m telling you that, like it’s not the normal high, and you have shower and toilet in the room which I don’t think it’s a good idea. The locations was alright, but if you wanna go to centre you definitely need to use some kinda transportation (bike, bus or taxi) it’s not really walkable especially if you have your luggage w you. My experience with Amsterdam was okay but nothing really impressed me. I don’t this the price performance for visiting this city is super low. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this hostel again FIY the hostel DOES NOT have microwave so don’t even try to get cheap microwave food if you are staying here.

Slept in a pod several times when over for business. The one time isn’t like the other. In general my experience is you don’t get a good night rest. But it’s ok once in a while for the price.

It’s far from Amsterdam centraal☹️. Hotel staff were nice and ready to help. Not enough amenities for six people in a room. Cleanliness is ok
