I absolutely love this new hotel in Amsterdan! Confy beds, super nice and clean bathrooms, excellent amenities, nice ambience , very good breakfast and i Had the best desserts in amsterdan in the hotel!! Renato, the front desk was super nice, attentive and very professional, made me feel so special and welcomed in the hotel! thank you RENATO, you are the best!!!! thank you pillows grand hotel, i cant wait to come back to amsterdan and try the pillows hotel in ghent, belgium!!!

The hotel is lovely & well situated. The room was exceptional. Fitz's bar is wonderful and the staff are excellent. The service at Spring Cafe Brasserie was simply horrible. The food was excellent.

If you are looking for a exclusive stay i can highly recommend this place. Absolutely perfect! Dinner and breakfast was awesome and we did enjoy the private sauna as well. Our personal number one in Amsterdam...

From the moment we walked up the stairs and were immediately greeted by two young gentleman to graciously cover us with an umbrella and grab our suitcases with a huge smile and asking our names, we knew it was a unusually special day!!!! Then a young lady named Quinty, beautifully dressed and poised welcomed us to sit down while she offered us coffee etc in order to check us in. This was rather early in the morning so this is usually when we are met with a check in later attitude but not here. Quinty proceeded with the process with a grace uncommon for such a young lady! We were going out for a bit and while waiting for our Uber a young man Alessandro took the time to chat with us about dining options and even write down many options on a map with numbers and very articulate about his explanation of each place. Excellent level of service & very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and common spaces are beautifully decorated. Great restaurant and bar facilities. Private spa is rather basic in comparison to the rest of the hotel, but none the less very well taken care of, we really enjoyed this facility.
