Location was great, rooms are decently sized. Shower over bath.

Hotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

Overall a great place to stay. Super close to Disney and lots of food around. Be aware check is at 4pm which was probably the toughest as we arrived at 1 but they held our luggage and let us use the pool. Don’t recommend ihop or tony Roma’s though. We were in the tower which has a restaurant above. Didn’t bother us as we just kept the fan on but could definitely hear the music even though it was 3 floors up. The rooms were clean and the convenience was worth every little thing.

My wife and I were on a business trip and decided to make a pit stop at Disneyland. Great location and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and very nice, safety deposit boxes were handy. The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours easily for 3 days and they were up and loud at 430 in the morning which made sleeping difficult.

Proximity to Disneyland is good. Easy to access rooms. Clean room and friendly staff. Bathroom did have a bad smell when we used the sink however

Booked only room available which was an accessible room.
Room was dingy, dark, tight & small.
Bathroom was big to accommodate handicap issues.
Situated near stairs & elevator which was noisy.
The Only star value was proximity to Disneyland. That’s it.

They were nice to let us check in early so we could leave our baggage. The mattress was a little droopy in the middle. The bathroom was nice but smelled like the sewer, so i kept the plug on the sink drain which helped alleviate that smell. It would be nice if they had a separate area that someone could get ready while the other person is in the bathroom.

Pretty close to Disneyland about 10 minute walk which was a plus since we came back to our room for nap time. The walls are paper thin and you can even hear people constantly walking around upstairs in their room when you’re trying to sleep.
If I were to stay again I would try to get on the 3rd floor. We have a 4 year old so we were in bed early and up early.
