Ulasan Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites

Hello we arrived earlier than our time and Alexa was very thoughtful and helpful! Our ac unit was not working and we were moved to a bigger room without any extra charges and the ac unit worked well and kept us cool which was a relief because the weather was in the 100s which is very unusual. The complaint I have is the hotel is a bit run down and one of the guest was smoking *** because you could smell it throughout the hallway. I would possibly stay at portofino again but it really needs a renovation staff is very friendly and helpful no complaint with staff!

We have always stayed at that hotel every year that me and my family visited Disneyland but now I think it was the worst experience we had, the guests who were above us made a lot of noise and we complained in the office but I think the hotel didn't do anything about it because they just kept doing it, I will never go back to that hotel

The facility is close to the park.

Its a comfortable hotel in a great location, it also feels very safe. I just didn’t like the little stuff like the TV wasn’t a smart TV so i couldn’t cast nothing from my phone and the shower head was lose. Didn’t expect that for the price I paid. But other than that its a nice hotel. Would stay again if i get it for a lower price.
