I am very sorry that your experience in the guestroom ultimately overshadowed your experience with us. I can certainly understand how upsetting it must have been to encounter insects in your room and then feel that leaving the hotel in the middle of the night was the best option for your family. Our team works hard to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms, which is why I regret that this occurred during your stay. I sincerely apologize that this happened. As you mentioned, our team refunded the room charge for the night along with the valet parking after reviewing the situation and understanding the disruption this caused to your stay. Following the report, the room was taken out of service and inspected by our licensed pest control company, and treatment was completed as a precaution. We take the comfort and cleanliness of our guest rooms very seriously, and I am very sorry that your stay with us ended this way.
