Saya biasanya tinggal dengan tenang, menyeronokkan ketika saya tinggal di sini, tetapi kali ini tidak begitu damai. Terdapat pesta ulang tahun kanak-kanak atau sesuatu yang berlaku di mana terdapat banyak anak-anak yang suka bertengkar berlari naik dan turun di lorong, membuat semua kebisingan ini sepanjang saya tinggal. Tidak menyeronokkan sama sekali.

공항 셔틀 버스가 있다고 명시 되어 있어서 예약을 했지만 공항 셔틀이 없었습니다. 결국 리프트를 불러 이동했습니다. 참고 하시길 바랍니다. 조식 포함 가격이었으나 조식은 매우 간단하게 제공되는 수준이라 크게 메리트를 느끼지 못했습니다. 오히려 공항과 매우 가깝고(차로 10분) 주변에 아주 맛있는 베트남 식당이 있다는 것이 이점입니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 낮아 추천은 어렵습니다.

This hotel was great! We stayed on the 12th floor and had incredible views of Cook Inlet in the distance! The upper floors have access to the Club Lounge, so breakfast was easily accessible on the 11th floor each morning! It’s nice enjoying coffee and taking in the gorgeous Mountain views! Also there were hors d’oeuvres in the evening. Had very comfortable beds and pillows in our room. We got in late from our daily excursions, so usually had a bite to eat in the Ptarmigan Lounge. The food and drinks were great! Bartenders are friendly and personable! This hotel is close to the train station, which we rode to and from Seward! Also, Rust’s Flying Service will pick you up at this hotel if you plan to fly to Katmai, which we also did! Both excursions were incredible! We very much enjoyed our four nights stay here and highly recommend it! Thank you!

Well my stay was great and the room was clean granted refrigerators really tiny and there's no microwave you have to actually ask for microwave and they don't tell you about it when you check in and they said that my room was close to the elevator and it's actually 64 rooms away from the elevator that was kind of tough trying to get maintenance up here to fix the lock on my door was a hassle it took 3 days I ended up being locked out of my room because the battery died I need a batteries in the TV remote at 23 days I ended up having to go buy my own because nobody ever showed up otherwise my stay was great thank you though they don't provide breakfast you have to actually pay for it and it's super expensive

When you prepare for your first trip to Anchorage, you will probably read a lot of reviews. You will be surprised how many of them contain appalling descriptions of terrible service, dirty rooms (to say nothing about bathrooms, where descriptions are even more picturesque), and these include almost all hotels. Some of them (but only a few) included even Inlet Tower, but because for it there were few, I chose to stay in it. I can tell you that I didn't witness even one bad thing there. My room was very clean and very warm, the bed - comfortable, the bathroom - spacious, the water - hot and abundant, and the service I could only describe as very good, without any problems. The free wifi works, although the speeds are not something to brag about. Inlet Tower provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport and the railway station, which is really nice, especially if you plan to use public transport and arrive or depart during the weekend. The complimentary breakfast is much better than the useless ”continental breakfast” that most US hotels will give you. In other words, I am very glad with the choice I made - but I also doubt that all other hotels that I considered but didn't choose, are as bad as many of the reviews say. I haven't visited any of them, only saw a few while walking around Anchorage, but I saw a few of their shuttle buses while I waited for mine, and I can't believe that people providing such a service with nice and well maintained vans, cannot take care of their rooms. So my personal opinion is that at least the most appalling negative reviews show some kind of competition wars, not so much objective opinions. But I can only be sure that Inlet Tower is a nice place - and I will be glad to stay there again if I visit Alaska again.

Kedudukan geografinya lebih unggul, dekat dengan stesen keretapi, tepat di pusat bandar, mudah ke sana. Sarapannya enak. Kelemahannya ialah tidak terlalu lama, tandasnya tersekat, tetapi untungnya, bilik itu bising, bukan yang paling senyap. Nisbah harga / prestasi tidak tinggi, yang memudaratkan tandatangan Hilton.

DO NOT stay at this hotel unless you get an iron clad guarantee that you will not have organised ‘teens on tour’ that are marauding, loud, noisy and partying to the early hours of the morning. The teens are large groups (40-50) staying at the Midtown Springhill Suites Marriott as part of adventure tours. No change since last summer - see Tripadvisor comment from 2022. It was the worse hotel experience of our six week stay in Alaska however the housekeeping of the rooms was exceptionally clean and Dallas the groundsman and housekeepers were very professional, friendly and polite to us. This is a much lower quality clientele and service (except for the great quality rooms beds and housekeeping) compared to the Marriott’s in Australia. Google Westcoastconnection and Reinteentours and look at their Alaska Hawaii tours for a month at $12,000 USD for privileged teens who are touring and staying at hotels such as the Hilton, Hyatt Regency, Marriott also the Bluffs and Grande Denali etc. We stayed a total of five nights broken over a two week period as we were booked in by an American company for independent travel - Vacations by Rail with additional nights I added as we toured from here to Denali and Seward. I complained about the noise the first time, second time was a quieter area of the hotel but then they mustn’t have made a note on my third booking even though I told reception all my dates. The last occasion was so truly horrible with virtually no sleep and feeling completely bullied and unsafe by the Westcoast Connection ‘chaperones’ and their testosterone group of boy teens (also had girls too) who were much taller and larger than I. The boys even bullied and called me names at the airport when they spotted me as they were ending their tour because I had dared to ask them to disperse from the hallway at around 11pm as they were two steps away from my room and talking loudly and I couldn’t sleep. They put us in an interconnecting room (door locked) and we could hear the yelling, loud music, thumping of bags onto the floor on both sides and above and across the hall from these teens. Then later I tried reception on the phone but there was no answer. at around 11.30pm so I went down to reception. Reception said that they had sent ‘security’ (not sure what this actually entailed) to go to the floor previously. I saw the chaperones in the foyer putting on facial moisturiser masks and I asked them why they weren’t supervising. I then again came down to reception close to 1am to again ask if there was anything they could do and again similar response. I again spotted the chaperones in the foyer if they could talk to the boy teens and one flat out lied and she said that they were in their beds asleep and security had been up on that floor. I said that this is not the case. One male chaperone kindly went up with me and stood for about three seconds outside the room and of course heard them and went in. Manager moved us the next morning. This review is to acknowledge GM Brandon Donnelly. The hotel has a great location (walking to train station and shops), great food and our room was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Stayed two separate nights. Had no issues first night but had an avoidable uncomfortable situation with the front office on the second reservation. Escalation to the GM Mr. Donnelly who very very quickly addressed it. He restored my faith in staying at a Marriott.
