the hotel service is good, the decoration in the room is good, however, the water in the shower got cold for severak minutes.

Ο ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό για τη τιμή του δωματίου. Επίσης το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι το parking του είναι μικρό και χωρίς κρατηση πρέπει να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο στον δρόμο όπου ελεύθερα είναι μόνο κατά τη διάρκεια της νύκτας

Hotel was easy to find, 5 minutes from Ancona port. The hotel was spotless, the room was quite big and the bed very comfortable. Personally for me was the only downside was the underground garage which was a mare to get in an out of so much so I damaged the front bumper getting out, so if you have an X3 or bigger then don’t park in the garage. Breakfast are was spotless and the staff attentive and plenty of continental fair to chose from. The area feels a little dodgy with lots of immigrants mulling around but we found a street pizza place 5 minutes away which was dirt cheap for a BIG pizza and and chips with a couple of beers

Nice Hotel down a very sketchy road. The rooms are really nice. However, you can hear EVERYTHING! Every slamming door, every toilet flushing, every chair being moved etc. Also it’s worth noting that not every room has a balcony. To summarise, it is a cheap and cheerful hotel, within walking distance of the town centre.

We stopped here, for 2 weeks, from start to finish the staff were excellent, very helpful, and always smiling. Room very good with a balcony, very clean, continental breakfast good, sleep very good. Overall a nice hotel, about 20 mins walk from the Railway Station, and 25 mins walk from the Town Centre. Just one thing, being British, there is no tea making in the rooms, but they do have a nice small coffee shop in reception. We would recommend.

Hotel located in a rather degraded area of the city. There is no ramp for strollers / disabled people (there are three steps high enough to enter). Room assigned not corresponding to the photos of the standard room on the site, in particular the bathroom. The latter was devoid of bidet, full of rust, partially broken wall drain. In the breakfast room there are no high chairs for children. No internal stairs (there is only the elevator and sometimes you wait too long to move). It was not possible to use the reserved private car park because the car was too large (on the other hand, the hotel offers a coupon to park in the immediate vicinity at a cost of 2 euros per day). Overall value for money absolutely not satisfactory.

Clean rooms, essential but functional in furnishings and adequately heated. Friendly, polite and professional staff. Good breakfast. the garage is useful for greater safety when leaving your car overnight. Excellent quality-price relation.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are neat and clean and the breakfasts are plentiful (a little less if you ask for it to take away). Both times I found a complimentary bottle of water in the room and free Wi-Fi for customers. You can leave your baggage even after checkout at no additional cost.

Never judge a book by its cover. The hotel itself is nice and the staff seem courteous, but unprepared as to what happened to me on the night of March 3, at around 4 am the chandelier in the room fell, waking me up, ignoring the fact that it could fall on me, the serious thing is that when I reported it going down to the reception (where there is no one at night) and, therefore, calling from the emergency phone they did not give much weight to what had happened, on the contrary they answered me with indifference. The next morning I reproposed what had happened to those who were at the reception, but apart from the apologies they didn't even think about saving me or reimbursing me for what had happened (since I had paid in advance), on the contrary I was served a breakfast with a stale croissant, according to them from the day before, and some old biscuits, bad breakfast all this because I had asked to take it away for the commitments I had. I give 2 stars and not 1 because I often avoid negatively reviewing, but this time I could not do it at least because that evening I could have hurt myself and for the insufficient and poor treatment I had, for the slightly excessive price 71 € for one night, to forget.

Bad, sad, squalid, rooms like dell’ucciardone cells, narrow and stuffy, the area of the city absolutely degraded.

Unico lato positivo: la gentilezza del personale (le ragazze che ci hanno accolto e la ragazza addetta alla colazione). Classico albergo con i classici disagi da albergo: phon fisso, unica presa della corrente ad un solo lato del letto, rumore (costante notte e giorno) di motore esterno (immaginate il rumore di una centrifuga di lavatrice che non diminuisce) per il quale una delle ragazze ci aveva proposto di cambiare stanza dicendoci però che probabilmente si trattava del condizionatore e che una volta spento avrebbe smesso di infastidirci e aggiungendo che nella nostra stanza era inoltre stata eseguita il giorno del nostro arrivo la pulizia della polvere, ragioni per le quali sono ritornata nella stanza assegnataci ma una volta spento il condizionatore il rumore persiste comunque perché appunto esterno. Successivamente, a un'altra ragazza ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare stanza ma mi è stato comunicato che ormai era stata occupata. Inoltre, ci era stato comunicato telefonicamente e via mail che la nostra stanza era provvista di frigobar (ci occorreva per conservare pappe e occorrente per il nostro bambino di dieci mesi) ma una volta giunti in albergo ci siamo accorti che così non era, per quanto abbiano potuto conservare quanto avevamo nel frigo del loro bar. Pavimento della stanza piuttosto sporco. Colazione molto mediocre con prodotti di dubbia qualità, salumi e frutta dall'aspetto non assolutamente invitante. Intorno all'albergo scenario inquietante: immigrazione 100%, abbiamo visto forse dieci connazionali (non siamo razzisti, anzi, è per descrivere l'ambiente, pareva Kabul), ambiente scarno di tutto, grigio, vecchio. Tristezza infinita.

Ero in trasferta, avevo bisogno di camera, parcheggio e colazione, l' azienda chiama prima per sapere la disponibilità dei servizi,parcheggio si resto pure, arrivo con il Fiat Ducato aziendale, il parcheggio ha solo 4 posti e comunque il Ducato non passa, abbiamo parcheggio esterno a pagamento ( 5 euro), bastava dirlo prima, ma vabbè non faccio questioni e pago, salgo per fare una doccia, ho guidato per circa 600 km, l' acqua è leggermente tiepida e con poca pressione, è estate posso proseguire comunque, appena finito d'insaponarmi, l' acqua tiepida non esce più, c'è solo la fredda, finisco rapidamente mi vesto e scendo per segnalare alla reception, si scusami e mi dicono che controllano immediatamente, esco e al rientro chiedo aggiornamenti, mi segnalano che è tutto sistemato ( bene, ma intanto la doccia fredda l' ho fatta) A quel punto chiedo se visto i 2 inconvenienti hanno intenzione di venirmi incontro in qualche modo ( che so leggero sconto, parcheggio offerto , piccolo bag con un panino per viaggio di ritorno o quello che pareva a loro) il receptionist, molto cordiale mi informa che avrebbe chiesto alla direzione e fatto sapere, il mattino seguente mi comunicano che la direzione non farà nulla di tutto ciò, sono rimasto piuttosto deluso per come hanno gestito la situazione Per il resto camere niente di che, e abbastanza soggette ai rumori esterni ( sia strada che pianerottolo), pulizia non eccelsa, colazione nella norma, personale carino ed educato, nel complesso avrei potuto dare 2,5 stelle, ma non potendolo fare direi che l'arrotondamento verso il basso è più consono

Albergo per nulla insonorizzato e, considerato che è in un complesso di palazzine popolari è abbastanza grave. Io ho il sonno pesante eppure ho faticato a dormire perché dalle 22 alle 24 circa ho "partecipato" ad una conversazione tra due persone dall'altro lato del muro. Dalle 23, invece, è partito un rumore continuo simile ad un idromassaggio che ha continuato ininterrottamente fin quando ho lasciato la stanza il mattino successivo. Il personale è attento, disponibile e cortese ma avere la stanza per portatori di handicap al terzo piano non è proprio rassicurante ma almeno era pulita e spaziosa, anche se lo scomparto del frigobar non aveva il frigo. La colazione era appena sotto la media. L'accesso presenta due gradini impegnativi anche per un normodotato. C'è un campanello per accesso dedicato a chi ha deficit motori ma la rampa da fare non è proprio sicura con un passeggino o una sedia a rotelle. Il parcheggio è per tre auto, forse quattro ma l'accesso è basso e stretto, con un SUV o una SW sarebbe un delirio. Si trova a cinque minuti d'auto senza traffico dal porto ma, tutto considerato, il prezzo non è giustificato.
