The Ego hotel is situated in an easily accessible area with good easy parking facilities. The hotel itself is very reasonable for what it offers, very clean and a great spa to unwind. Above all the staff are very helpful, especially Simona!!

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Portonovo area or just outside on Ancona. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel, which far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is so lovely-very clean and the staff take pride in a rigorous cleaning service. Our room was fully made as soon as we came back from breakfast before 10pm and cleaning was of a very good standard. The hotel is travertine throughout so just be careful as it can be slippy if it has rained or you're coming back wet from the pool. The pool area is very lovely but the pool bar was closed as we technically went out of season for this (so unable to comment), but again, the area was clean with lots of sun loungers. The breakfast spread was unbelievably good with a large variety to suit all tastes. Traditional fare, with cured meats, cheese, tomatoes, pastries, fruit, etc. but also offered eggs and bacon and other options which is very nice. Excellent Lavazza coffee and fresh juice which made all the difference when it comes to quality. Although we didn't have dinner at the restaurant, we overheard so many guests saying it was unbelievably wonderful and of a high quality (some even said of a Michelin standard!). The wine served at the restaurant was fantastic, having a large variety and many local wines. If you like white, I absolutely recommend the Pecorino Offida Della Angela for 28 euros (one of the best I've tried). All of the staff we met were so friendly, well-mannered, and very accommodating. This was further evident when one of the managers at reception went out of his way to help us by calling the local taxi company we used (who only spoke Italian and we didn't fluently) in order to find one of our lost phones which we were luckily able to get back only with his help! The beach of Portonovo is literally only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are a few fantastic restaurants at the beach front which were out of this world. Highly recommend Il Molo and Spaggia Bonetti! Would also suggest you bring some sort of beach shoe or croc if you want to go in the sea as it is mostly pebble/shale and can be a bit precarious going in. But wonderful all the same! You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas for the day and the cost varies depending on who owns which section and how close you are to the beach. It cost us 25 euros for the front role of the blue and white loungers/parasol owned by Il Molo for the full day which I would say is worth it, especially if you want to go for a drink and some food there. The hotel is slightly secluded in terms of wider transport or any supermarkets. But if you go to the service stop just up from the hotel where there is a restaurant and trail walk, you can get a free short bus that takes 3 minutes to take you to another bus stop where you can get a bus directly to Ancona city centre. Just double check the times in advance if you can as this is what we needed to do. All in all, Seebay is a fantastic hotel

Posto con collocazione strategica rispetto alle principali mete del parco del Conero. In 20-30 minuti potrete raggiungere le spiagge ed i luoghi più belli e rinomati. Villa Gens offre una assistenza squisita e professionale. Tutto il personale ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra piccola e grande esigenza sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Particolare menzione ha a Roberto! La struttura è molto pulita, moderna e funzionale. Le camere sono piccole ma molto ben attrezzate. Forse il bagno andrebbe dotato di un sistema di aerazione più efficiente visto che non ha finestra. La piscina è molto carina e pulitissima. Se volessimo segnalare un aspetto migliorabile, esso riguarda la colazione: molto buona ma poco varia. Inoltre purtroppo la Villa è collocata tra la statale (in rifacimento) e i binari del treno, quindi non sembra di essere in un agriturismo. Ma d’altra parte questo aspetto per molti potrebbe essere un vantaggio. Ultima nota dolente è la qualità del ristorante, la cui gestione è separata dalla Villa. Lo abbiamo trovato di modesta qualità. Ma nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato come base strategica per una settimana di vacanza. Bravi!

Clean comfortable rooms, with a balcony, and a bathroom window that opens. Excellent breakfast buffet: you can eat Italian style with small sweets and prosciutto, or American style with eggs and bacon, or both. Parking is a challenge at dinnertime or when there is a special event in the restaurant, but the hotel sent someone out front to direct people to parking places whenever it was crowded, rather than leaving us to fend for ourselves. The only problem I had is that each room is only on a 6-amp circuit (1300 watts) -- if you bring a hair dryer or a pot to boil water for tea in your room, you WILL blow the fuse, and get to tell the front desk and ask how to reset it.

Prenotato per ferie confermate all'ultimo momento tramite un motore di ricerca e quindi alla cieca.Bellissima sorpresa nello scoprire assoluta aderenza tra prenotazione e camera assegnata,e non è una cosa così scontata,fidatevi(vita vissuta....).Personale gentilissimo.Pulizia assoluta.Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.La colazione è ottima:latte fresco in bottiglia di vetro(anche di diversi tipi come senza lattosio,avena,etc);yoghurt fresco,in due versioni,strabuono (oltre a quello in vasetti confezionati);succhi vari;marmellate vari;miele in dispenser + miele da favo direttamente da mangiare;cereali e semi vari,compreso cioccolato in anellini;4 tipi di frutta di stagione,a rotazione,kiwi,anguria,melone,macedonia ma non quella dei barattoli,fresca,tagliata a mano,pesche;salumi vari;uova sode e strapazzate;pani di diversa foggia e natura;dolci vari,torte,ciambelloni,biscotti,brioches con diverse farciture oltre che vuote.Ovviamente poi servizio bar.Per me la colazione in albergo è il pasto che preferisco e qui è buonissimo. Se proprio dovessi trovare una piccola pecca,considerando che nelle vicinanze non mancherebbero fornitori genuini (leggi contadini),se mettessero anche uova fresche da poter appena scottare e mangiare pucciandoci le fettine di pane tostato,tagliate sottili. Lo consigliamo vivamente e credo che sarà la ns tappa per tutti i viaggi nelle Marche,quando parenti e amici non avranno la possibilità di ospitarci

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso l'Hotel Il Brigantino a Porto Recanati, nella zona di Scossicci. Tra le prime cose che ci hanno colpito, la pulizia impeccabile e la discrezione sono state una costante, facendoci sentire a nostro agio sin dal primo momento. Il personale, sia di sala che alla reception, è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta: a due passi dal mare e in un punto strategico per esplorare le città e le attrazioni vicine. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la varietà e la qualità dei locali convenzionati per pranzi e cene, così come la scelta offerta dallo SMACK BAR per pasti veloci e gustosi. L'Hotel Il Brigantino offre anche una serie di servizi extra che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale: una spiaggia privata ben attrezzata e accogliente, una terrazza (o meglio la Spritzerrazza) con vista mare ideale per rilassarsi e gustare ottimi aperitivi (con annessa piscina). La colazione è stata un vero piacere, con una vasta scelta di opzioni per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Le camere, dotate di condizionatore e ben insonorizzate, garantiscono un riposo tranquillo, anche quelle che si affacciano sul lato strada. Inoltre, il parcheggio adiacente e sempre disponibile ha rappresentato un ulteriore comfort che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Per concludere, l'hotel Il Brigantino NON DISTA dal nostro cuore! A presto!
