Horrible rat and vermin infested place… bad staff unhelpful Extremely filthy room with mold growing on walls Lacks even basic amenities, it’s worse than any of the low-grade hotels available When asked for help giving excuses like we cannot handle more than 50 guests, we don’t have amenities available

It was directly opposite what we expected,rooms are poorly maintained.no fridge,AC was broken,flush was poor,no water in washroom. Beach what they say is quite far and opposite to main road.. Breakfast had too limited and poor taste however high price.. In this hot summer they have no AC in either reception or in restaurant.. Checkin they want after 12 PM but check out by shart 8 AM

We had the misfortune of staying in this property for couple of days with family in 3 rooms. First of all the front desk was rude and unfriendly. The so called "resort" was full of cats and dogs to the extent that they enter the room. The services was nonexistent. No room service. No cleaning. No watchman. For one extra person they charged 2800 where in online booking site room rent is 3500. One side is a construction site with concrete rooms coming up to replace wooden cottages. I could go on .. and on. Only saving grace is proximity to beach and old wooden style rooms.

I visited this extremely pleasing place with my friends. The location is too amazing and appealing. It provides a mesmerising view that really captivated my heart. Their services was also on top and fast.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights in Havelock i.e b/w June 6th to 10th in logoon villas - unfortunately the private beach was great but the rooms were below par (wash rooms, the lighting etc). I choose this property this was one of the club mahindra associated property and to our surprise we found that its a sub-optimal property I would give 5 star for the private beach and 1 start for the rooms/food and everything else

I had a stay between June 3-5 2024 and was very good from hospitality as well other services are concerned. This is good for a family stay and happy that I had taken a right decision to opt for this hotel. This is near to govind nagar beach and you need to pick taxis to go around radhanagar as well elephant beaches

Everything was good except mosquitos. I think they should seriously look in to this. We have gone for relaxation but we entire family could not sleep whole night just because of mosquitoes. My younger kid 18 months old got so many bites. We asked for another mosquito repellent machine but no one bother to give . Next time we will not stay here.

Totally run down property. Poorly maintained rooms with terrible lighting, gaps in doors inviting insects, erratic positioning of air condition with hardly any cooling, shabby bathrooms with broken tiles/fittings. No Wi-Fi in rooms. Food is just average, no AC seating area..!!
