Located near the Bruxelle-Midi train station. However, one of the female staff is kind of rude when they know that we are Asians and went to serve other Eurasians. Only after knowing we are from Singapore then the other guy served us nicely

離地鐵、火車站都很近，距離景點也不算太遠，房間乾淨，服務人員態度很友善，地下室可以借放行李，除了房間燈有點暗，其他都不錯！

호텔은 깨끗하고 위치도 주요관광지를 20~30분 정도에 도보로 이용 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다만 주변이 이민자 분들이 많이 사는 곳이라 밤늦게 혼자 돌아다니면 안전하지 않을 것 같다는 생각은 들었습니다.

가족이 험께 지내면서 따로 침대를 쓸수있어 편하고 재밌어요. 우산을 빌려쓸 수있어 좋았어요. 동네가 좀 설렁한거 빼고는 아주 만족했어요.

酒店非常好，值得推薦，特別適合帶孩子來玩的家庭，房間設施齊全，每個房間都有漫畫主題，特別卡通，孩子一定會喜歡……

坐落於市中心，去不同地方也10分方便，周邊也有不同食店和商店。出入交通也很方便遊客，10分推薦不同旅客。

Very unique, quirky property , marketed to suit families with younger kids . Easy walk to Brussels Midi station , so it suited us . Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Would best suit young families, but was fine for a few nights with our adult kids .

We took a family room for 4, it was really huge and convenient room and my kids loved the design and the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff, around 7min walk to Midi station and around 10-15 min to walk to the old center

We had a great time in Brussels! The hotel room was very comfortable. My 3 teens enjoyed their bunkbeds. Everything was better than expected.

Loved the space for the kids. Fantastic staff and very family friendly! This hotel was great, walked half a mile to a laundry mat while there.

The room was very spacious. The area wasn’t bad as the reviews said. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very busy. It does get loud at night. The hotel was clean. All areas were clean. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t friendly for people in wheelchairs and it was difficult for us since we have a child in a wheelchair. There was a super cute playroom. The place is very family friendly. I would skip the food. It wasn’t good. Overall, I would recommend this place to families . I would not recommend for families with people in wheelchairs. The parking was great! We rented a car and parked all nights there.

We stayed two nights and it was extremely noisy both nights. We are not people that complain, but after two hours of constant partying from across our window we complained at 11pm. The partying didn’t stop until after 12am, even after we were told the issue would be fixed. That was the first night. The second night young adults were running up and down stairs, jumping and yelling in the hallways from 9pm-12am. We didn’t bother complaining about this disturbance until checking out of the hotel. The staff person didn’t offer a remedy for the disturbances we experienced both nights. It would have been nice to receive a discount off of my bill. I would not stay at this hotel again.
