The rooms and facilities are old, I was greeted pretty unfriendly and didn‘t feel comfortable. The bed is hard. The lack of overall cleanliness is covered with air refresher spray, so the hotel has that kind of weird smell overall. The location is fine and the price is fair as well. Still would not recommend

A/C worked good, comfortable bed, nice lighting scheme, chargers in the room, mini-fridge, shops/restaurants very close, bus stop very close, chilled water dispenser in lobby, friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, and the room was cleaned daily! They also provided a coffee machine, tea, and complimentary cold drinks (water and tea). Brushes, gel, and a hairdryer were available in the room for getting ready. The air conditioning was great, and the service was good too (even though they don't speak English, we managed fine with a translator). Plus, it's very central with lots of restaurants and Konbini convenience stores nearby.

It was better than I expected for the price - the mattress was great, the sheets and towels impeccably clean, you get 2 drinks and 2 coffee mixes in the fridge, a pouch with body products, there is a water heater, hair products… I had everything I needed for one night. It would be ok for me for a few more as I didn’t need much space or a closet - if you do, know that there is no closet and no space in the bathroom to keep your things there. I think for 2 people it would be less comfortable, bit depends on the person. It was quiet at night, I slepy great. There was someone there to give me the room card at 8pm when I arrived, in the am, I just left yhe card. Also an espresso machine downstairs. And it’s right downtown. All and all, I liked it.

Located within walking distance to intercity / express bus terminals. Can walk to several attractions.

This hotel is quite old. There are many other hotels nearby, and it's in a bustling area, which is great for dining and exploring. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to resolve any issues I had, making my stay very comfortable.

Location is excellent. Housekeeping also soo good. Shoutout and kudos to the housekeeping lady. She was so kind and nice.

Close to the main street and the facilities are good. It's a bit of a shame that the room is a little dark.

Very good location. The room is basic but fine. I appreciated the free espresso next to the elevator at the ground floor.

Hotel is dated. Room is small. However, there is a whole row of street food vendors in the evening.

Andong hotel is in a great location in the centre of town. It's only a short walk to the bus to Hahoe village. The room was warm and spacious. There was lots of toiletries. There's a microwave to use in the lobby. The wifi was very good. A great value stay.

The check in is a bit of problem because the counter was not manned when we check in, it left some numbers for us to call. However, our phone only come with data plan and can’t make calls at all. So it took us about half an hour to get someone next door to call the receptionist. Besides this unpleasant experience, the room is cleaned daily and generally ok.
