We were very well received. The hotel is incredible.
The restaurant is a little expensive but the dishes are excellent!

One of the two best hotels in Andorra City, with a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, and a modern and elegant lobby. It is in the city center and you can get anywhere in the city in just ten or twenty minutes.

The deluxe triple room I booked lacked a double bed. There was a sofa but no quilt. I asked for it three times. Sometimes I was given a blanket, sometimes a quilt without a quilt cover. Finally, I was given a sheet. I didn't sleep well at all.

We stayed one night at this hotel, which we chose for a stopover on our way to southern Spain. We were welcomed upon arrival with a glass of cava, while the valet parked our car in the hotel parking lot and took our luggage to our room. The spa was pleasant, although rather small and some parts were being renovated. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the center of Andorra la Vella. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was huge, consisting of a large separate bathroom, a sitting area with a TV, and the sleeping area itself. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. I recommend it.

The hotel must be expecting this review after a plethora of bad events. The main one being that a ceiling tile came loose and smashed down to the floor while I was in the shower, about a foot away from where I was standing. It was a scary experience and would have been very bad if it had hit me. But when reported, there was no apology from the staff, they just sent someone to the room to ‘fix’ it. The attempt at fixing it made matters worse and somehow caused a massive leak in the bathroom, flooding the entire room. Again, no apology, we were told we had to move room which I made clear was a massive inconvenience during the middle of our stay. At this point you would have thought there’d be some sort of acknowledgement such as a complementary breakfast, but nothing, not what we expected from an apparent 5* hotel. Other issues were the sheer cost of parking at the hotel (fyi it’s cheaper to park at the public car park opposite), the fact you have to book the spa (seemed entirely unnecessary given we were the only ones in there) and the one time we did use the valet service they brought up the wrong car…!

The hotel is very modern and well located in the heart of Andorra La Vella. We stayed for our 20th anniversary which we mentioned in the booking form but the hotel did not acknowledge it, not even to congratulate us when checking-in, which was disappointing. We had a double room which was clean, spacious, and well presented. The bathroom however was poorly laid out with limited space to even sit on the toilet - I am 6ft 5 and had to sit sideways, nor could I fit under the shower. These sort of details should be better considered in a 5 star hotel. The hotel spa was very nice and we were given 1hr per day to use it which seemed to ensure it didn't overcrowded. Breakfast was very good although there were lots of families with children who weren't best behaved so it got pretty loud and spoiled the experience on a couple of days. Overall, it was a great experience just a few key details that could have made it 5 star.

Me alojé en este hotel en dos ocasiones en 2024 (no recuerdo los meses) y en la primera ocasión tuve problemas serios tanto con el desayuno (esperas muy largas) como con el servicio de habitaciones para cenar (gran demora y la comida no correspondía con lo solicitado). Tras reclamar, la directora me dio la razón y me pidió que eliminara mi comentario negativo en TripAdvisor, asegurándome que se habían tomado medidas y ofreciéndome un 20% de descuento para una futura estancia. Regrese, pero no utilicé el room service, así que no puedo valorar si realmente solucionaron ese problema. Lo increíble ocurrió al hacer el check-out: intentaron forzarme a firmar un documento en el que me comprometía a no poner ningún comentario negativo sobre el hotel, alegando que me habían dado un 20% de descuento. En todos mis años viajando jamás me había encontrado con una situación semejante. Una práctica inaceptable y nada recomendable. I stayed at this hotel in 2024 and had serious issues both with breakfast (very long waiting times) and with the room service for dinner (long delays and the food delivered was not what I had ordered). After complaining, the hotel director admitted I was right, asked me to remove my negative TripAdvisor review, assured me that measures would be taken, and even offered me a 20% discount for a future stay. I recently returned but did not use the room service this time, so I cannot confirm whether they have solved those issues. However, the unbelievable part happened at check-out: they tried to force me to sign a document committing not to post any negative review about the hotel, arguing that I had received a 20% discount. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this. Totally unacceptable practice and definitely not recommended.

Not a great experience - they appeared under staffed and breakfast was in a crammed small restaurant with no windows. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in and as we arrived at 2.20 pm we expected our room to be ready - it was not

Central location, great staff, great rooms - near lots of shops, restaurants and buses to mountain walks. The staff are wonderful - helped us plan walks etc. Andorra la Vella is busy - car centric but the centre for everything in Andorra. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Grand Plaza for two nights on our way to Spain. The hotel is right in the middle of town, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff couldn't have been more helphul - highly recommended
