Parking is located on an indoor ramp next to the hotel, they validated for 21 Euro. Room: Spacious Bed was firm Old flat pillows Kettle for tea or coffee in room. Cups for room water/hot beverages were throw-away cups not ceramic. The shower had no shelf, I despise placing my items on the bathroom shower floor. There was a hotel shampoo bottle mounted to the wall, but in the bathtub area, none in the shower which is across the room. Breakfast: Opened at 07:30 The man who was working at breakfast was kind and friendly, nice seating area, those are the only positives... All processed food, low quality. They spent time arranging the food to be visually appealing, but it was very disappointing. One example is that they had an egg/tort item that was defrosted (?)/ internally cold and had an off-putting texture like something that was freezer burned. You could hear other people's TV far too very early in the morning. Room temperature was 25c/77f degrees, not possible to cool it off more for sleeping. The temperature was nice outside but the window did not open fully and no breeze. Strong perfume scent/ fragrance used in common areas was off-putting.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel and we keep coming for more. It is absolutely amazing! Great food, really nice employees and the rooms are comfortable with everything we need. The hotel is in the centre of the city and it has plenty of parking areas around it. This year we arrived quite late on the first day (after dinner) and, as we had booked the hotel with half-board, they suggested replacing that dinner by a lunch or picnic on the last day. It was a really nice touch. It never disappoints! We'll be back next year!

The hotel is super nice and fancy service is great and the people at the respetion always smile We enjoy staying there and definitely will come back 200 letters is a bit too much but it is important to me to leave a review so I'll just keep writing until I'll get there....

Agréable séjour dans cette hôtel proche commodités et commerces. Le parking en plus et recommander car le stationnement en dehors et très chère et pas beaucoup de place sur le parking public. L'accueil et les assistants sont courtois. Je recommande cette hôtel pour la qualité prix. Vous disposez aussi du sauna et jacuzzi !

Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

Easy access to the hotel by car, private parking in the building. Big room and nice bathroom, ”L'occitane” amenities are a plus. Nice king size bed but the mattress seemed old (curved). The pool and gym are clean and very organized. Amazing breakfast with a lot of options. However, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and contrary to the announcement, restaurant was not opened, only a few options were available and the food was not bad but the quality was not what we expected. The Hotel is located in the historic center of the city and we were able to walk to all the stores and activities we were interested. Nice bars and restaurants close to the hotel.
