Hotel berhampiran Parc Central, Andorra La Vella

Great location, easy to find and walking distance to a number of nice restaurants. The main downtown shopping area was a short drive. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Basic room, shower and small balcony overlooking the street. The mattress was quite firm. The street noise created a challenge for sleeping. The room was too warm and there was no AC. While the temperature outside was great for sleeping, there was too much traffic noise to keep the balcony door open. Buffet breakfast was simple and sufficient.

The hotel is dated but nice and also authentic. All the staff are pleasant and food served is very good. Room service is also very good with plenty of essentials left in the bathroom. Don’t miss the lovely rooftop including pool, jacuzzi and sauna during your stay. Enjoy your stay the hotel and staff are lovely!

Pues el hotel lo conozco de hace muchos años y me recibieron como cliente que he sido, nos dieron una buena habitación el la parte 5 estrellas, pero no por reservar a través de Tríp. Además reserve una habitación y luego allí me hicieron pagar una segunda persona, con un recargo adicional por mi mujer, y eso para mí es de mal gusto. Son ustedes unos mal quedas. La habitación que nos dieron no salía agua caliente y el desayuno aparte era para mí carísimo 18 e. Así que opté por bajar un solo día. Me dijeron que eran 9 e pero no fue así. El hotel está muy bien, pero llevábamos tiempo sin ir, pero creo que vamos a dejar de volver a ir, porque los intermediarios son poco eficaces, y van a ver a quien pillan de tontin

Booked this hotel through Weekendesk. Yes, I know, I should have booked it directly but weekendesk's offer stated a welcome gift and free bottled water which were non-existent when we arrived. Such a scam, but probably not the hotel's fault. They should check their contract with weekendesk though if they have one. Anyway, Hotel's check in time is a bit late, 16h00. I'm not sure if it is the standard check in time in that area but it is the latest check-in time I've ever had with staying in hotels. We sent a message that we arrived early but the room was not ready when we arrived, which is understandable as they cannot promise early check in. Since we arrived early, the receptionist asked us to do a pre check-in. They don't have their own parking area. You would need to pay and get a card from the hotel which will give you access to the caldea spa parking area right across the street. Pre check in was fast although I find it unecessary for them to ask for identification from all the people that are staying in the room. Usually, in all the places i have stayed in, they would only ask for one ID. But again, maybe it is standard practice in Andorra, i'm not sure. After check-in, we parked our car and walked around the city then enjoyed the caldea spa. We went back to the hotel and was greeted by a male receptionist this time. He barely spoke english and an understandable french, but he was nice. He gave us the keys to the room which was located on the 3rd floor. The room though had two single beds eventhough we booked a double. So We had to ask the receptionist to change our rooms which he quickly did. Although they never offered assistance with luggage. Usually when there is a need to change the room, hotels would usually offer luggage assistance, but it's ok as we managed. Finally got the room with the double bed, and it was ok. Functional but not well kept. A bit dirty and you could see that it needs refurbishment. I see wear and tear all over and the small mirror's extending fixture was broken. Also, the air conditioning didn't deem to work properly as it was quite warm in the room so we just opened the windows. The room had no view and wifi was not very fast. I got disconnected a couple of times Which was frustrating. We had half board, and dinner wasn't very good. Not a lot of options and the food tasted like they were frozen or came from the can and were just heated in the microwave. i don't recommend eating there. Bed and pillows were decent and we slept well. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of sweet and salty options. Although the staff were not really as helpful as the staff during dinner time. Check-out was fast although we had to go back to return The parking card and get our deposit back. They should just give disposable parking tickets next time to lessen the hassle. Great hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The view from the front facing rooms is incredible and well worth requesting. The central location of the hotel is its biggest advantage.

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.

A perfectly located hotel right in the city centre. It has its own parking in a secure garage underneath the hotel. It's quite tight in there and we were very lucky to get a space. It's quite expensive at €26 per night. Our room was comfortable, the decor was dated but everything was functional. Tea and coffee was provided but only decaff coffee. We went to have a look at the pool, which looked great! We didn't have time to use it, unfortunately! The gym was large too, although the equipment was dated. Water was provided in the room, which was lovely. We really enjoyed in Andorra!

Petit hôtel de montagne familial de deux étages, a un quart d’heure d’Andorre, simple et sans chichi mais propre et accueillant. On sent que cet hôtel au charme désuet est très bien entretenu. Il y a même un ascenseur. La dame à la réception est sympathique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Literie et oreillers de bonne qualité. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, a part la cabine de douche qui est vraiment tres petite.. le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est au prix de 9 euros par personne et les produits sont très bons. Nous sommes venus avec une WonderBox mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix tres correct.
