The staff was friendly and easy to talk to. They always assisted me when I needed them. The location isn't far from the mall and other places to visit and eat at.

may ipis sa cr at kulang kulang ang kitchen utensils and cookwares.. di rin maayos yung stove.. di narireach yung high temp kaya napakatagal makaluto.. salute kay kuya guard at staff dahil mabilis naman ibinibigay mga request na kulang sa room and napaka matulungin sa guest and secure ang car sa parking.. comfy naman yung bed and malinis.. i suggest to improve cleanliness sa room especially sa cr and kitchen cabinets.. yung mga gamit for cooking and dining should be complete before guest enter sana..

First, for a few days, the wifi connection was okay, but later on, it appeared to be most of the time trouble with internet connection, and in the room I stayed in, the air conditioning was running, making a loud noise, which made me feel uncomfortable.

If you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

Decent, internet needs to be faster

PROS: I really liked the location.Away from the crowd and just a few minutes walking to Fields Avenue where you can find all you need for a great stay in Angeles.Along the way,you could find laundry shops,eateries,etc..really good. The staff is very polite. CONS: The attached building is being demolished and they start around 7:30/8:00 am everyday,all day long.Not good in a place where people are going to party all night and get back to the hotels around 3:00 am.This is not the hotel fault but they could have asked the demolishing company to start at least around 10:00 am so that you could get a bit of sleep. The pillows are 'ROCK HARD' and I couldn't sleep the first night.I asked the day after for a softer one but they didn't really have any.They gave me a bigger one that was a bit better but I ended up buying my own one. The room entrance door lock was 'not locking ',so everytime I left the room I was hoping that nobody would enter.Reported it but nothing was done. The safe lock 'was not working' and I ended up keeping all the valuables and passport in my luggage,not good.Reported,nothing was done. The room was really rundown and in desperate need of at least a coat of paint. The cleaness was never done to a proper standard and I saw them cleaning it in less than 2 minutes.No floor mopped,no furniture wiped,etc..The kitchen sink cabinet was dirty upon my check in and was the same when I checked out.Reported nothng was done. The A/C was rerally loud and noisy and I had to turn it off before going to bed,otherwise could not fall asleep.It was leaking as it was in need of maintenance.You could see the leakage running down to the balcony. The wi-fi is the worst I ever used so far.Would not connect in the room and even outside the room the connection was not good and kept bouncying all the time.The bad thing is that also my local sim card would not connect inside the room. There were people smoking in the communal areas,which I think it is prohibited by law. The TV channels are basically local channels. The kitchenware provided was really old and piled up without any order in one of the cabinets. The electric stove provided was very old and not really good. All the cabinets had very loose hinges and not safe to open/close. I asked for a taxi drop off at the airport and they quoted me 1,000.00 Pesos.I refused because the Blu metered taxi and Grab taxi fare is never more than 350.00 Pesos.I was prepared to pay arond 500.00/600.00 but definitely not 1,000.00. Many different bugs freely roaming in the room.The place really needs a full pest control. The shower head needs to be held while you take a shower. I booked the accommodation back in November 2022 and the rate I paid for was good.I thought to have striken a really good deal.But once got there,I realized that the place is not worth a penny more of what I paid for. It is a shame because it has got a lot of potential,if they would just renovate and mantain the building in good working condition and keep up with a good standard of cleaness.

It is very convenient to live in the pedestrian street, which is about ten to 15 minutes away. Although it is very dark at night, you will not be very worried when you walk in. If you live here, the wifi is not very good.

That gym is pretty good. I booked this hotel for my family. We stayed here for half a month. It's a good value for money. I have no complaints about my stay. Hahaha~ The local food is also good

The wifi is not good, and the cleanliness of the room is better, but the cleanliness of the towels, etc. is poor. The air conditioner is also noisy.

The hotel is 100P away from the pedestrian street. The environment is very hygienic and quiet The receptionist at the counter was very polite and smiling. Next time I go to Angel City I will definitely stay at Lishan Village Hotel again

Although the room is not big! But the internet is a bit slow! If you want to improve it, it will take about 5 minutes to walk closer to the pedestrian street. You can stay here for a day! If you want to stay in a large room, it is not suitable. I hope you can stay here next time you come.

It is located a 5-minute walk from Walking Street. I am thankful for the spacious apartment-style rooms, the reception staff, and the guardhouse security guard who are always friendly. I will use it again next time
