"The staff throughout our stay was friendly and accommodating. Parking in the 4 story parking garage was sufficient. Also close to the door. I had business with the PRA in the attached mall. So convenient. Breakfast was a nice combination of Filipino and foreign food. The omelet station was super. Enjoyed our stay and will visit again."

"It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages."

"I stayed at Rosa Hotel Clark for one night and appreciated its excellent location-just a minute's walk to a 7/11, a massage spa, and a Thai restaurant. It made getting essentials, relaxing, and dining incredibly easy.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, and that shows in some of the furnishings and overall ambiance. However, it was clean and quiet, which made for a decent short stay. If you're not looking for luxury but value proximity and practicality, this place does the job.
Ideal for solo travelers or quick business trips where location matters more than modern amenities."

"Booked my studio room for 3 nights. My room is modern and clean. Shout out to Jen for the hospitality she showed me during my stay. She helped me find a transportation going to my appointment and going to the airport also. They also responds to my request immediately. One of the best studio rooms in town. "

"I liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were great. The room was clean and quite. The fridge is stocked with good prices. The room has its own WiFi router. The Agave restaurant is good with a patio for people watching. It is right on their walking street and close to everything including the mall. I would stay there again anytime."

JJohnny1974My regular choice in Angeles. The old school hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool. The hotel restaurant serves good food. This time only the waitress disappointed by requesting to show her ID when paying the lunch bill by a bank card (and that from a hotel guest!!!): Visa and MC strictly prohibit merchants to demand ID from customers, but the Phils live in their own legal environment...

GGuest UserI have always been to angeles and this was the first time i have booked in this hotel.As i was having a walk around the area i saw this hotel and i liked it from what i saw outside so i decided to booked it and i really liked it.It was nice and clean and the swimming pool was very nice.The room were very big and spacy and the embience of the hotel inside was very pleasant to come and stay here.The staff were very nice friendly and always there to serve and help with a nice broad smile.I will always look forward to come back here and stay definately.I would like to give it a 10 out of 10 and thumbs up

EEiselleLuckwotcheraIf you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.

NNa-RyAt checkout, I was asked to pay for a bottle of mineral water I hadn't even touched, simply because the cap was open! The hot water in my bathroom wasn't working. I had to switch rooms at check-in because of this, but even in the new room, the hot water stopped working the very next day. Each time, it took an hour for maintenance to fix, and this happened three separate times during my five-night stay! During the day, I also observed cleaning staff watching TV with the air conditioning on in empty rooms, leaving the doors wide open. If management reads this, it clearly points to either poor staff training or some rogue employees operating without management's knowledge. On a positive note, the male staff member and the older doorman (around 60-70 years old) were very kind and helpful.

Hotel staff were friendly and location was very close to city hot spots so it was convention from this point.
Unfortunately, from the point of sanitary it was unacceptable at all. The room receives 2 out of 10. Room was full of cockroaches running up and down. In room was full of small bugs and some flying insects similar to mosquitoes that bitten us all only 1 night stay.
In the app when we booked this hotel it clearly said there is a pool while pool were under repair, as receptionistclaimed. In this time of year a hotel without pool, in Angles city, is half price that we paid you.
All photos of hotel room seems fake. I guess either photos are fake or are for years ago when hotel were in good condition and had running pool. Now those photo never represent now May 2025 as we stayed there.
What I saw it was not pool under repair it was an abandoned pool that is totally neglected.
Please try to be more honest with customer.
Honesty is the most precious things that all business needs to create loyal lasting connection.
That place was horrible. Cockroaches were marching all the room. We were there 1 night only and you are asking how that place is when we left there. We did not take any photo but you can go and see their rooms.
Other than name of hotel all other things were not at a level to ba called hotel. Their photos I guess are for over 30 years ago.
