Firstly the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. My in-laws booked this blindly as an overnight stay en route to our destination and after arriving in the evening I almost immediately began to notice comings and goings both to and from bedrooms by older Korean/Japanese/European men with young ladies. I'm wise enough to know what was going on. Luckily all our children were enjoying the lovely pool area and were oblivious to the nature of things. Whilst the hotel staff are fantastic we think this is a one time stay only for us.

If you are looking for the Hotel Marquis, unfortunately COVID killed them, as it did many places. The new owners have spent some money, but the atmosphere is gone. The friendly, great service is not there. The family like atmosphere is not there. The food is ok, though more expensive, they have more choices. I was disappointed to not be able to see my friends, so I am sure that colors my review. I moved to the Clarkton.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets?
Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools.
Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room
But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

Stayed for a couple of nights when passing through Angeles. If Walking St is your thing then the location is perfect. We arrived before 9am and went to check-in expecting that we couldn't. Pleasantly surprised that they let us. We had booked through Agoda, but nothing on their system. The girls at the front desk said they would sort it out later. Off to a great start. From memory we had room 809, which had use of the elevator, makes life easy as some of the rooms don't have elevator access. The room itself was clean, of a reasonable size, comfy bed and pillows, fresh sheets, the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We didn't use any of the facilities or dine in the restaurant. All in all this was a good stay and good value for money. We are regular visitors to Angeles and will use Valentinos for our future stopovers.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuOk first I am really speechless about how wonderful this hotel and its staff is... to begin with I booked it for my gf to propose her for marriage..as I am far from her so we did online..but I emailed hotel about payment assistance, surprise package preparation and OMG!! They did out of the universe wonderful work...first there room look exactly how it is in picture , everything picture perfect, they were under staffed but superb ownership taken by Rolyn (staff) and Kisha( staff ) with the most effective communication, they're mind blowing and super helpful...omg because of them and outstanding leadership by Kris (manager) and the surprise from him made my surprise so special and OMG!! Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

TTravel-exotic-PBI enjoyed my stay at Pacific Breeze Hotel and would recommended this hotel to other travellers looking for medium priced accommodation. It is situated extremely close to the popular Walking Street where there are numerous bars and clubs. It’s close to restaurants and sports bars and if that’s what you are in Angeles for then you could not be closer. You are also a short walk to the massive SM City Clark Mall, which provides much entertainment and shopping opportunities for the locals and is certainly worth a visit or two. You can also catch the shuttle bus to Manila from the mall, which is very handy. I made use of the hotel gym every day, which is on the roof of the annexed building. It’s a pretty good gym with enough equipment to keep you busy for an hour. It was mostly quiet in there and the kit is in good shape considering the price bracket of the hotel. I also swam daily in the hotel pool and this is a good size and was cleaned each morning. Great restaurant with healthy sized portions, efficient service and reasonably priced food all served by the lovely pool. There are security guards on each block and they not only did a good job looking after the rooms but it was a pleasure to have a little chat with them each day, discuss what’s happening, get travel advice and shoot the breeze. When you leave the hotel you need to hand in your key. Shoot the breeze in Pacific Breeze Hotel! All round the staff were pretty friendly which is very much expected in a country known for its friendliness. The girls on the reception desk were very professional and handled all my inquiries effectively. The one feature that ought to be pointed out is the fact that many rooms do not have a window that faces outside. So my room for instance did have a window but it looks out into the corridor of the ground floor. Now this is odd really and in the future should I ever head back to Angeles City I would happily stay at this hotel again but would request a window facing the outside. I need sunlight, a view, a peek at the weather and having the curtain always drawn felt odd. But all round this is a great hotel. It has a certain energy and character about it that I suppose may be brought about by its location to walking street. One cannot ignore the fact that many guests may be in that area to enjoy the delights of Walking Street and all it has to offer. This does not put me off but adds to the entertainment and character of this hotel. I will stay again if I ever find myself back in the city.

PPengguna Tetamuコロナ明けの2023年5月初に宿泊。先に泊まっていたPentHouse Hotelに問題があった(別のレビュー参照)ため、予約を捨て、至近にあるこのホテルに移動。 Agoda予約で、5kJPY弱。立地は最強。WSど真ん中からほんの少しだけ入ったところ。部屋は、スイートに次ぐところにしたこともあり、広め。ただ、広々というよりは、だだっ広いというか、あまり空間を有効活用できていない感じはある。☆☆☆なので、そんなものかもしれない。照明は、他の人のレビューにもあるように、若干弱め。ただ、ベトナムのもっと☆のあるホテルでも弱いところあるため、東南アジア的なものなのかもしれない。wifiはまずまず。あまり長時間ストレスを感じることはなかったが、時々不意に途切れる。しかし、すぐ復旧する。NHK映るのは、日本のテレビを観られない環境にいる人にはgood。近場には、よろず屋の延長的なコンビニが2軒。1軒は、かなり遅くまで空いている。JFなしは当地では普通だが、IDチェックもなかった。ここと、素通りで部屋にエントリーできるRedPlanetくらいかもしれない。他方、入る人はおばちゃん等女性が絶えずウオッチしているので、相対的には前のホテルより安心感ある。金庫あり。 一点のみ、☆☆☆☆にできなかった理由。水道管が旧いのか、出てくる水があまりにも鉄臭い。蛇口も、シャワーも。結構なお金がかかってしまうかもしれないが、この点だけでも早急に改善してほしい。隣接しているレストランは、残念ながら試す機会がなかった。ただ、味とコストにうるさい欧米人で毎晩賑わっていたので、おそらく美味しいかと。次回試したい。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in a ”one bedroom suite” for two nights. Staff was pleasant but my overall impression was cheap, cheap, cheap. NO ELEVATOR! To start off, the mat at the front door is very ragged and tattered and a serious tripping hazard, especially for the mobility impaired. I told the clerk at checkin and the ragged hazard was still there two days later. When I asked if the problem had been reported to the manager, ”Yes”, was the answer. The ”suite” was merely an elongated room with a kitchenette. The ”living room” furniture was so small as to be almost unusable. The bed was so cheap that it squeaked and rattled with every movement. The aircon was low capacity and very noisy. The building construction was definitely ”contractor grade.” The entrance door to the ”suite” was improperly aligned so the deadbolt lock wasn't functional. The housekeeping staff blasts pop music in whatever room they are cleaning making noise up and down the whole corridor. When I complained to the desk clerk, she immediately called housekeeping and was told ”we're not playing music.” It's an okay place if you aren't expecting much.

PPengguna TetamuThis was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

AAnn CStarting with the Manager, and the front desk, the rest of the staff, they're all great, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I apologize for having posted a review late, but I still want to get it out there that this place is amazing. I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed for about 3 weeks, and enjoyed ever day I spent there. I can't complain. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you all for the hospitality.

호텔입구에 마사지샵도 있고 3~4분거리에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있음.객실내에 인터넷 잘됨
호텔 건너편에 조그만한 그러나 비싼 한국식당이 하나 있음
객실은 굉장히 넓어 사용하기 편한데 에어컨이나 침구,가구등이 오래된 낡은 객실입니다
무료로 주는 물이나 치약,칫솔은 없음
수건과 비누만제공.
최대 단점 , 도로쪽 객실을 받으면 오토바이와 자동차 소음에 시끄러워 잠을 잘수가 없습니다
