Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.

Cleanliness can be improved, there's a smell, probably from the detergent used to wash bedsheets?
Standard hotel items are provided, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, but there is a big problem, the shampoo has no way to be opened other than using a scissors or any sharp tools.
Rained heavily and water was splattering on the air con unit causing a large knocking sound, woke up to it around 1am and couldn't sleep afterwards, went and feedback to hotel staff, no questions were asked immediately got changed to an upgraded room
But all and all, it's a budget hotel, so you get what you paid for, so overall it's still satisfactory

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

위치는 유로텔건너 지프니터미널에서 1.4km 정도 크리아타운방향으로 가는길 중간에 있다.
직원들은 친절하다. 조용히 쉴수 있어서 좋다.
방은 약간 넓은 편이다. 이런점들은 장점이다.
단점은 샤워시 수압이 낮고 주변에 식사를 할만한곳이 없다.
식사를 하려면 지프니를 타거나 트라이시클 또는 그랩을 사용해서 이동해야한다. 지프니는 양방향으로 매우 자주 다닌다. 그리고 안전하다고 생각된다. 24년1월 현재 지프니의 요금은 13페소이다.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. My in-laws booked this blindly as an overnight stay en route to our destination and after arriving in the evening I almost immediately began to notice comings and goings both to and from bedrooms by older Korean/Japanese/European men with young ladies. I'm wise enough to know what was going on. Luckily all our children were enjoying the lovely pool area and were oblivious to the nature of things. Whilst the hotel staff are fantastic we think this is a one time stay only for us.

TTravel-exotic-PBI enjoyed my stay at Pacific Breeze Hotel and would recommended this hotel to other travellers looking for medium priced accommodation. It is situated extremely close to the popular Walking Street where there are numerous bars and clubs. It’s close to restaurants and sports bars and if that’s what you are in Angeles for then you could not be closer. You are also a short walk to the massive SM City Clark Mall, which provides much entertainment and shopping opportunities for the locals and is certainly worth a visit or two. You can also catch the shuttle bus to Manila from the mall, which is very handy. I made use of the hotel gym every day, which is on the roof of the annexed building. It’s a pretty good gym with enough equipment to keep you busy for an hour. It was mostly quiet in there and the kit is in good shape considering the price bracket of the hotel. I also swam daily in the hotel pool and this is a good size and was cleaned each morning. Great restaurant with healthy sized portions, efficient service and reasonably priced food all served by the lovely pool. There are security guards on each block and they not only did a good job looking after the rooms but it was a pleasure to have a little chat with them each day, discuss what’s happening, get travel advice and shoot the breeze. When you leave the hotel you need to hand in your key. Shoot the breeze in Pacific Breeze Hotel! All round the staff were pretty friendly which is very much expected in a country known for its friendliness. The girls on the reception desk were very professional and handled all my inquiries effectively. The one feature that ought to be pointed out is the fact that many rooms do not have a window that faces outside. So my room for instance did have a window but it looks out into the corridor of the ground floor. Now this is odd really and in the future should I ever head back to Angeles City I would happily stay at this hotel again but would request a window facing the outside. I need sunlight, a view, a peek at the weather and having the curtain always drawn felt odd. But all round this is a great hotel. It has a certain energy and character about it that I suppose may be brought about by its location to walking street. One cannot ignore the fact that many guests may be in that area to enjoy the delights of Walking Street and all it has to offer. This does not put me off but adds to the entertainment and character of this hotel. I will stay again if I ever find myself back in the city.

PPengguna Tetamuコロナ明けの2023年5月初に宿泊。先に泊まっていたPentHouse Hotelに問題があった(別のレビュー参照)ため、予約を捨て、至近にあるこのホテルに移動。 Agoda予約で、5kJPY弱。立地は最強。WSど真ん中からほんの少しだけ入ったところ。部屋は、スイートに次ぐところにしたこともあり、広め。ただ、広々というよりは、だだっ広いというか、あまり空間を有効活用できていない感じはある。☆☆☆なので、そんなものかもしれない。照明は、他の人のレビューにもあるように、若干弱め。ただ、ベトナムのもっと☆のあるホテルでも弱いところあるため、東南アジア的なものなのかもしれない。wifiはまずまず。あまり長時間ストレスを感じることはなかったが、時々不意に途切れる。しかし、すぐ復旧する。NHK映るのは、日本のテレビを観られない環境にいる人にはgood。近場には、よろず屋の延長的なコンビニが2軒。1軒は、かなり遅くまで空いている。JFなしは当地では普通だが、IDチェックもなかった。ここと、素通りで部屋にエントリーできるRedPlanetくらいかもしれない。他方、入る人はおばちゃん等女性が絶えずウオッチしているので、相対的には前のホテルより安心感ある。金庫あり。 一点のみ、☆☆☆☆にできなかった理由。水道管が旧いのか、出てくる水があまりにも鉄臭い。蛇口も、シャワーも。結構なお金がかかってしまうかもしれないが、この点だけでも早急に改善してほしい。隣接しているレストランは、残念ながら試す機会がなかった。ただ、味とコストにうるさい欧米人で毎晩賑わっていたので、おそらく美味しいかと。次回試したい。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in a ”one bedroom suite” for two nights. Staff was pleasant but my overall impression was cheap, cheap, cheap. NO ELEVATOR! To start off, the mat at the front door is very ragged and tattered and a serious tripping hazard, especially for the mobility impaired. I told the clerk at checkin and the ragged hazard was still there two days later. When I asked if the problem had been reported to the manager, ”Yes”, was the answer. The ”suite” was merely an elongated room with a kitchenette. The ”living room” furniture was so small as to be almost unusable. The bed was so cheap that it squeaked and rattled with every movement. The aircon was low capacity and very noisy. The building construction was definitely ”contractor grade.” The entrance door to the ”suite” was improperly aligned so the deadbolt lock wasn't functional. The housekeeping staff blasts pop music in whatever room they are cleaning making noise up and down the whole corridor. When I complained to the desk clerk, she immediately called housekeeping and was told ”we're not playing music.” It's an okay place if you aren't expecting much.

AAnn CStarting with the Manager, and the front desk, the rest of the staff, they're all great, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I apologize for having posted a review late, but I still want to get it out there that this place is amazing. I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed for about 3 weeks, and enjoyed ever day I spent there. I can't complain. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you all for the hospitality.

호텔입구에 마사지샵도 있고 3~4분거리에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있음.객실내에 인터넷 잘됨
호텔 건너편에 조그만한 그러나 비싼 한국식당이 하나 있음
객실은 굉장히 넓어 사용하기 편한데 에어컨이나 침구,가구등이 오래된 낡은 객실입니다
무료로 주는 물이나 치약,칫솔은 없음
수건과 비누만제공.
최대 단점 , 도로쪽 객실을 받으면 오토바이와 자동차 소음에 시끄러워 잠을 잘수가 없습니다
