The hot shower turns off around super late night. So you were not able yo use it. If its cleaniliness . we put 5🌟 .. Very nice staff ( accomodating naman). And the place is 😶 Silent. So its nice to stay longer. Thank you!

Our stay at Best Western Plus Metro Clark for my 53rd birthday on December 28th to 29th, 2023, and our festive post-Christmas celebration, intended to be simple, unexpectedly provided a blend of comfort and indulgence, making our family experience truly memorable and wonderful. Parking & Security Guard: The hotel offers convenient parking facilities (open and multi-level), well-maintained and secured. There are dedicated security guards providing a sense of safety for guests and their vehicles. In house cafe’: The Café Sebastian, with its cozy ambiance and wide array of beverages and snacks, offers a perfect setting for casual meetings or unwinding after a long day. The relaxed atmosphere, coupled with the courteous staff, enhances the experience, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Room, Bathroom & Amenities: The rooms are comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and stocked with quality toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay. In-House Restaurants: The hotel's main restaurants, Namari Japanese Bistro and Cactus Jack Smokehouse, offer an exquisite dining experience for lunch and dinner. With diverse menus and exceptional services, these are ideal spots for delicious meals. Reception, Hotel Staff & Housekeeping: The reception staff are courteous and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service. Moreover, during our stay on December 28, we encountered a lady housekeeper in the lobby and elevator who displayed exceptional dedication and accommodation. This housekeeping team member went above and beyond to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, creating a consistently pleasant and hygienic environment for all guests. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet is impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude. Zimmer mit veraltetem Mobiliar und Renovierungsbedürftigem Sanitärbereich. Fernseher hat auch nur nach Zimmerwechsel funktioniert. Safe vorhanden, aber Batterien leer. Frühstück ist nur Eier mit S*****en oder Hotdog Verfügbar, dazu 2 Scheiben Toast und ein Kännchen Kaffee. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast vergessen Lift vorhanden, aber defekt.

This was my first time making a reservation on agora or *********** and things turned out rather nicely. I made the reservation for my girlfriend and I to do something different. I went the day prior to ensure things were ok and everything was good to go. Check in the next day was to begin at 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:35 and my room wasn’t ready until about 4:50…that is the only complaint I have. Charmaine and the other young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous, with a great sense of humor. I stayed in Room 508 and have no complaints about the room. Check out was flawless…I would definitely book this hotel again!

Prime asia 바로옆에 있는 호텔로 오래된 낡은 호텔입니다 3층까지있는 호텔이며 엘리베이터는 없으며 그래도 사용하는 사람이 없긴하나 나름 수영장이 1층에 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔입구에 마사지샵도 있고 3~4분거리에 세븐일레븐 편의점이 있음.객실내에 인터넷 잘됨 호텔 건너편에 조그만한 그러나 비싼 한국식당이 하나 있음 객실은 굉장히 넓어 사용하기 편한데 에어컨이나 침구,가구등이 오래된 낡은 객실입니다 무료로 주는 물이나 치약,칫솔은 없음 수건과 비누만제공. 최대 단점 , 도로쪽 객실을 받으면 오토바이와 자동차 소음에 시끄러워 잠을 잘수가 없습니다

So Kandi gave me the instructions to reserve for a month using international remittance. One option is my bank. Thus began the tortuous and tortuous experience that is now the worst experience I've had with any hotel in the world. When I sent the money, and then asked to confirm that it was received, I received several emails none of which were clear and were in broken English. Just in case, I sent the information again, and I saw that the deposit had been accepted on their end. Suddenly, I recieved an email saying that the previous price had changed. I sent several emails asking how this could be given they had already taken my money. They said it had not been received, there was no reservation and denied that the money was deposited. They said to call my bank. My bank confirmed that the money was deposited , that this sort of thing happened a lot and that they would open an investigation and notify the Rcmp pending the outcome (I'm Canadian). They did say this might be a good time to consider another hotel given that this had happened before and there was no guarantee that the hotel would cooperate or that local authorities would indeed help. They told me I would likely get the money back but it could take a while since we were depending on the hotel to cooperate and they had t tried to find the where the money went to this point. I emailed Kandi, told them they had the money, there would be an investigation and local authorities would be contacted. Silence. So I'm days away from arriving now and there is no reservation and Kandi is not responding. If you are visiting from another country, do not send money to Kandi unless you do not care whether they recieve it or whether you will ever get it back. It seems that someone at Kandi pocketed the money and Kandi doesn't really do anything about that. I will be posting this elsewhere, so forgive me if you've already read this. At this point I don't have any alternatives but I want to make sure that other foreigners who think they dealing with a company that has English speaking staff and wouldn't steal your money, that this is not a good choice.
