Hotel berhampiran Pratone di Angera, Angera

My wife and I discovered this wonderful place after traveling everywhere in Europe for the last 40 years. As a travel writer I have confidently shared our discovery of this wonderful place with many friends and readers. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm greeted by the most professional and caring staff. Everyone is attentive and truly want to make your stay a good one. When we arrived mid day we went to the pool for a wonderful lunch. Near us was a table with an attractive family, of 3 generations and their family dog, They were the family who owns and manages the property , ”eating their own cooking” as we say, and enjoying the quiet loveliness of their own property. There are 3 choices of accommodations here, each wonderful and meeting special preferences. We stayed in the Palazzo and loved it, but the Castello/Castle and its garden and views are outstanding. The rooms in the beautifully renovated stables with large grass common area are very accommodating, especially for families with children. The whole property is a destination in itself with so many things to see. We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, all in totally different environments, and it all was superb. In closing, we all know that the staff makes all the difference wherever we stay. Again, the staff, and owners, could not be more welcoming, joyful and professional. Besonderes Hotel mit schöner Lage über der Stadt und einem Blick über den Vareser See und die Berge. Man fühlt sich 100 Jahre in der Zeit zurückversetzt, ohne auf den heutigen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Leckeres Frühstücksbüffet! Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Wir waren in den letzten Jahren schon öfters hier und genießen es jedes Mal sehr. Der Zimmerpreis ist zwar deutlich gestiegen im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren, aber wir werden trotzdem wiederkommen :).

建議還是住機場內的飯店吧 這個飯店很新，設施還算是智能，床非常的高，蠻有趣的 這家也是少數有附礦泉水的飯店 飯店距離機場有五分鐘的車程 若從飯店叫車需5歐（T1)，若該時段滿了則需要付20歐（T1)叫taxi 綜合來說還是住機場內的飯店舒服

Nessuna critica da fare. Personale gentile, camere funzionali e ben tenute, tutti i confort presenti. Terrazzino con vista sul lago, cassetta di sicurezza, TV, clima, Lettti comodidsimi e colazione di ottimo livello. La struttura si trova fra la ferrovia e la statale ma posso tranquillamente dire che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro di insonorizzazione rendendo le camere indenni da qualsiasi rumore. Faccio un'unica segnalazione, la doccia di dimensioni piuttosto contenute, rende problematici i movimenti a persone di una certa statura... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The hotel is located off a divided road which isn't illuminated so slow down as it's easy to miss the entrance. Staff are accommodating and kind but they did close down for the night so check with them if you're going to be late. You absolutely need a car to get to this hotel. Our room was a triple room and very spacious. We could drive up and park outside hence the motel feel and it was very convenient having the car outside. The room had a strong smell which was a bit mouldy--I couldn't identify the smell. After being in the room awhile, we couldn't smell it anymore. Everything was clean though.The room was so warm that we had to shut off the heat and open the window. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough for my other half although it was fine by me and the floors are very slippery in the bathroom when wet.. You can hear the train going by every hour or so and the people upstairs but you couldn't hear the cars from the road. The train only went by once in the middle of the night. And the reason I know this is...my biggest bone of contention...the rock hard beds and the flat pillows. We came in late so we didn't call to ask for extra pillows thinking that the staff had left for the night so I slept with towels under my pillow but it was a difficult sleep for how hard the bed was. We definitely asked for them on the second night as it felt as though my neck and shoulders were going to break. Breakfast was very good; they had the usual cereals, fancy juices, baked goods, plus hot foods like eggs, bacon, hotdogs, etc. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near Malpensa the night before and the B&B Hotel's breakfast far exceeded it both in quality and variety. There's nothing around the area to walk to so factor in the cost of breakfast if you want it. The breakfast room was accessible from the interior door of our room and there was a lift and stairs so it was accessible for all. I would stay again but they definitely need to invest in mattress toppers and extra pillows for this old lady.

Por segunda vez volvimos a este hotel que nunca decepciona aunque deben mejorar la forma en que exponen las ofertas. Al llegar al hotel pedí que quería tener la oferta relax total que figuraba en la pagina web. En la mima décia desde 1399 Euros por lo que di oor obvio que ese era el precio para 3 días ( publicidad engañosa, sin necesidad.). Pensando que este era el precio me dijeron en el chek in que no podían generarlo ellos, debía subir al Spa para arreglar con la persona de ahí. Subo al Spa antes de hacer chek in; y le muestro a la persona la oferta a lo que me dice que si la podemos tomar. Me dice que lo debo arreglar en el chek in. Bajo a chek in y hago la gestión por el programa Relax Total. Después de un buen rato me dicen que esta ok y les pido para pagar toda la estadía. Siempre hago de esta forma. Cuando voy a pagar cada habitación ( eran 2); me dicen que el total de ese programa eran 1799 Euros en vez de 1399 Euros. Les reclamo que en el Spa había mostrado la oferta y que me habían dicho que estaba ok pero me dicen que esa tarifa es para otros meses, no el que estaba en curso. Yo ya le había dicho a mis acompañantes que tomaríamos ese programa. Estaban todos ilusionados. Pero al enterarme que valía 400 Euros más de lo que decía en la página inicial tuve que cancelar. Pedí para hablar con el Gerente y este me dijo que no iba a hacer nada; no siquiera una atención por haberse equivocado cuando subí al Spa ( que ellos me mandaron) y le mostré el programa a la chica, la que me dio el ok. Un Gerente que no sabe tratar a un cliente. Yo tengo empresa y si me pasa eso busco una solución. Ellos alegaron que si yo ponía la fecha me arrojaba el precio que decían ellos. Cosa que era verdad. Pero entonces , porque me hicieron ir al Spa para arreglar la oferta? Y si la chica me dio el ok cuando le mostré el precio y el programa; no deberían haber aido flexibles ? Que necesidad tiene el hotel de hacer publicidad engañosa ? La verdad que el hotel es espectacular. No tengo nada que decir respecto a sus habitaciones, las piscinas , el Spa etc. Todo es de primera. La cena que tuvimos ahí no me gustó. Cara y porciones muy pequeñas. El resto todo de primera. Aconsejo que cambien la forma de promover estas ofertas Igualmente recomiendo el hotel.

Appena arrivati si ha una bella impressione: immerso nel verde, struttura carina, c'è la piscina. Tutto farebbe presupporre a un ottimo soggiorno. E invece... Pulizia camera appena sufficiente ma che necessiterebbe di manutenzione, era molto trascurata. Ma l'apoteosi la si raggiunge al ristorante... Entri e c'è una barca in mezzo alla sala (scelta discutibile per un posto a pochi km da Malpensa ma tant'è...), menù misto di mare e terra, optiamo per il menù del giorno: Spaghetti all'amatriciana che sapevano di nulla. Non pretendo il guanciale ma lì non c'era manco la pancetta ma un qualcosa simile al prosciutto cotto. Vitello tonnato che non era né vitello né tonnato ma della FESA DI TACCHINO, si quella che si compra in salumeria, messa in un piatto con sopra mezzo vasetto di maionese a provare a coprire il tutto e qualche cappero triste. Riportato indietro senza che la cameriera abbia battuto ciglio, come se per lei fosse una scena già vista. Carne di manzo arrostita appena accettabile. Patate al forno unte. Abbiamo preferito non fare colazione lì il giorno dopo e siamo ripartiti. P.s. mi è sfuggita la parete della nostalgia fascista altrimenti avrei messo qualche foto a testa in giù...
