Hôtel très bien, calme et plutôt bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse et très propre, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec des produits locaux et bio, du jus d’orange frais ce qui est rare. La salle de bains est plutôt spacieuse mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Très bien placé proche du tramway et de la gare

This is a historic hotel, conveniently located in the center of town. Our Deluxe room was enormous, high ceilings, and lots of light. The reception was very welcoming and solved a couple of small problems promptly. A very nice breakfast buffet, featuring local products. The breakfast room is a true work of art, decorated in the historic Odorico mosaics. There is an excellent restaurant ”Odorico” in the hotel -- we had a great dinner. We definitely plan to visit again -- highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.

We had a rental car with us, so having some spaces out front of this hotel to temporarily park our car to unload our luggage to check in was priceless. There is a garage near by just a short walk away. The front desk staff were always friendly. English speaking so that was helpful since our French is very poor. The location is superb. Restaurants, patisserie, small grocery store, café all just steps away. We also walked to visit Chateau Angers and the cathedral from here. No need to drive anywhere. In the early morning, there were street noise noticeable from delivery and road traffic. Some notes for travelers: the hotel did not have AC. Only on the ground level with AC where reception is located. That was tough for the afternoon since it was warm. But once the sun went down, we were able to open the windows to let some cool air in. Also, the hotel does have an elevator, but that is on a floor up. If you are unable to lift luggage or walk stairs, need to keep that in mind. The front desk does assist with luggage if needed.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Hotel. Jetzt im Sommer war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr gut per Hand zwischen 15 und 25 Grad einzustellen; oder eben auch ganz aus. Nur das Treppenhaus war sehr warm und etwas alt und muffig - sollte heller, freundlicher, renoviert werden! Da hat man mehr Lust mal sportlich die Treppe zu nehmen! Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel frischer Auswahl, auch wenn der Obstsalat nur zu Beginn der Woche frisch aufgeschnitten war. Später dann immer mehr Dosenpfirsiche. Aber frische Melone, Wassermelone oder Ananas gab’s immer. Auch Obst zum Mitnehmen! Leider wurden alle Handtücher täglich gewechselt, auch wenn man sie ordentlich aufgehängt hatte.
