去住一枕雲實在太好啦！已經是第二次入住啦！房間裏非常衞生整潔，吹風機很好用！站在陽台上看到遠處的山川，聞着隱隱的桂花香，別説有多愜意啦！民宿裏可玩的也很多～小朋友隨手拿起書看看，各年齡段的都有！天氣雖然已經涼了，但小朋友們還是想要在泳池玩水，於是拿起了水槍！還有其他的遊客，好幾户人家，有的在外面打打牌，小朋友聚在一起爬爬山，妥妥的悠閑～鬆弛感滿滿！到了這邊，我們沒有去雲上草原，而是附近的山上爬爬，也很贊！期待冬景！對了，這次已經給小朋友加上了小黃鴨拖鞋，更舒服啦！照片沒有特意拍，將就着看看～

We love the hotel and it environment, really beautiful and peaceful! 涨停 of the front desk was really friendly and helpful with us, helping us with our needs and making our stay even more pleasure. Chinese food at restaurant was ok. Room and view were really nice. Lot of things to do near by like parks, bamboo trekkings. We only miss a western food option at the restaurant since was only Chinese food, but was ok. Definitely we will come back!

國慶假期想找一處人少的地方休養幾天，也算是提前花了時間挑選，最終選擇了簡愛。幸而沒有失望。抵達的當天下着小雨，便有小哥撐着傘來停車場接，接下來幾天的服務也都保持着親切周到但又不過分熱情的舒適尺度。整體環境也符合預期，房間散落在較大一片的山坡竹林中，一旁就有溪水潺潺，每日午餐後就自己進山溜達消食，倒是辜負了民宿組織的溯溪活動。剩餘的時間便是或在房裡或在林中看書聽音樂，一掃之前工作的疲勞。非常棒。

非常推薦的親子度假酒店，錯峯工作日出行體驗很贊，也大方升級了房型。房費含樂園不限次出入，除了幾個大項目其他都免費，刷了個痛快。萌寵區域的小動物種類算是很多了，就是動物表演看着於心不忍。酒店每日下午至晚上的温泉，也是不限次進出，水温合適很舒服，就是夜裡有幾個池子光線暗了點。房間minibar及水果零食大方供應，自助餐廳早餐口味不錯，小朋友在這幾天非常開心。管家小朱全程主動耐心響應服務，點個贊。幾點不足：1、房間隔音較差，沒太睡好，不過孩子和孩子爸沒受影響，床圍欄估計是使用率較高，建議換新了；2、陽台門沒裝紗，房裡有兩衹小飛蟲，夜裡孩子也被咬了幾個包；3、樂園的室內遊樂場衞生差點意思，這周降温，室內温度也沒打足。

I was an Ibis girlie but, at least in China, I'm not Atour 'all day'. My experience in Anji has set me up to book Atour only. The staff were delightful and spoke enough English to make communication effortless. The room was clean, contemporary and spacious with good linen, great shower pressure, a heated toilet seat (the icing on the cake) and a mini fridge. Protip - when ordering the DiDi pay attention to the location as an inattentive person may inadvertantly enter Atour Huizhou

環境很好，基本都到山頂的，空氣好，也特別安靜，週末度假出來還是很放鬆的，特別是泡個温泉晚上睡覺就更香了，餐廳的食材很新鮮，味道也好，要提前點菜，不過管家式服務做的挺細緻的，都會提前加微信提醒，就是泡温泉的時候建議毛巾也要放，天涼了可以蓋蓋肩膀，如果再泡一壺熱茶就更好了😆，準備下雪的時候再來一次😃

抓住暑假的尾巴挑了工作日帶娃來度假啦一家人定了2個不同的房間半山温泉和崖居其實就是山下和山上的區別房間很大也很乾凈房間裏的minibar都是免費的有薯片可樂王老吉和啤酒套餐裏送了山頂咖啡代金券很實惠 2張就是60塊錢我們點了薯條雞米花咖啡等等最後衹需付40多塊錢而且薯條和雞米花都是現炸的無敵好吃份量也很足咖啡廳還有菲律賓歌手錶演挺愜意的整個度假村真的很好景色好服務好去哪裡都有接駁車還是24小時的隨叫隨到每個店員看見你都是熱情打招呼客客氣氣的問候酒店有小童樂園KTV 打牌打桌球遊戲機娛樂項目很多根本不會無聊晚上還能去露天温泉泡澡夏天可以山頂泳池游泳而且真的很良心買個泳帽就20塊錢 2天度假不出去都可以酒店玩透透～非常喜歡下次還要來

簡直髮現了寶藏露營酒店，環境太棒了，每個獨立的帳篷獨立衞生間。帶着小朋友來的，臨時想要升級房型，比較幸運的是有一間空出來，特別感謝小張馬上給我換過去了。晚餐提前一天點菜，阿姨燒的特別好吃，備註啤酒鴨燒辣點，吃的嘴巴吸溜吸溜還想吃。到了晚上8.30我和老公倆人外面燒烤，量也是超級大，根本吃不完！總之這次的體驗很好，下次有機會還是會再來的，我想秋天應該也是不錯的吧，伴着溪水露水蟲鳴入睡……吸一口大自然的氣息

PPengguna Tetamu在一場逃脱城市的旅行中，偶然來到了村子的盡頭遇見了這家酒店。酒店依山而建，裝修風格簡約樸素顏色相對素凈，與山相融宛如天成。躺在泳池旁的躺椅上，享受着精緻的甜點，看着藍水與晚霞相互呼應，給我帶來了前所未有的寧靜。酒店是自帶飯店的，餐廳風格與房間風格相似，餐食是安吉當地風味菜，整體氛圍偏西式，氛圍感很強。吃飯正好遇見旁邊桌子情侶過生日，餐廳服務人員對其桌子上進行了佈置，感覺氛圍更加適合情侶約會。我定的房間有兩層，一層偏向於是一個客廳，卧室在二樓，一個人住有些許空曠。酒店配有管家服務，回訊息速度很快，有問必答很有效率。因為偶然定的房間，有泡池的小房間都沒有啦，管家幫忙專門準備了泡池🥹 （小姐姐，小哥哥顏值都很在線，服務很用心，特別表揚👍）

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice. Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

PPengguna Tetamu很開心的一次旅行。因為帶狗狗旅行，根據平台的推薦選了好評第一的大樂之野桃花源店，入住後發現比想象中更好。環境古樸，自然，簡約又隨和，讓人能走近，能沉浸在閑適的氛圍中，沒有侷促與小心翼翼。民宿很乾凈，有專人屋裡屋外打掃，毛巾每天更換，床單會主動更換。民宿的工作人員，專業，親切，有活力，主動提供幫助，也會根據要求，提供差別的服務。每晚的甜品很美味，忍不住吃完了。非常感謝小一，讓我品嚐到了正宗胡辣湯（隨口一句，第二天就幫我準備了），拍照技術也很贊，還有早餐時間的聊天，非常愉快。感謝薇薇，入住離店時忙前忙後，體貼周到。還有其他的工作人員，有安全距離又無微不至的照顧，令這次旅行令人難忘！希望有假期，有機會，再來……

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

PPengguna Tetamu因為很想去湖州玩，很早就開始看民宿了，看了好幾家，這家的風格是我一點進去就比較喜歡的，本來是覺得普普通通的民宿，但是一到地方就愛上了，房間也沒有任何異味，一進房間就有空調，管家東燦也很貼心的送我們到房間門口才走，第二天的早飯也特別養生，都吃撐了哈哈哈，下次還會來～

CCuc DanielAlthough we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

BBahedeyongtantiao房間乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中非常舒服，夜裡比較安靜但早上邊上有新建房屋施工會吵，喜歡睡懶覺的不適合。離山頂江南天池景區及網紅藤原豆腐店非常近，步行都在幾百米，空氣清新，視野遼闊，晚上星星特別亮。周邊吃飯特別方便，吃早飯集中在路口一家店裡，裏面設施和環境不錯，又能觀景還能娛樂，也可以點菜。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed over Chinese New Year - we have two young kids. It was great. Right in the bamboo forest. Trail right out of the back of the hotel. A nice shared kitchen and the owner is super friendly, even volunteering to drive us places because it was difficult to get cabs on the holiday. We look forward to coming back. Also Zhebei Grand Canyon is pretty nearby and definitely a great day out.
