It is a homestay with the nature of a duplex villa. There is one household on the first and second floors, and one household on the third and fourth floors. And the hot water on the third and fourth floors is very small. After boiling water, you need to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water to be available. The hot water lasts for 1 minute and then turns cold. When checking in and opening the door, the customer service opened it for 5 minutes but did not open it. It was confirmed that there was a problem with the door lock.
