首先酒店寫的是免費停車，可是我們開到停車場時抬不了桿，給前台打電話一直沒有人接，堵在路上不方便，我路邊停車位正好有個車走了，我們就停進去了，一直打電話後來有個人接了還不是前台，他説不能停路邊會被抄牌，沒説清楚路邊畫框的停車位可以停，我們以為不能停就又開出去，期間對方很不耐煩，説都抬桿那麼多次了也沒見我們車進去，我就很生氣我説我們停在路邊了開過去也要時間的，然後再打就不接了，沒辦法開到抬桿那裡又不行又打電話沒人接，我下來到前台，前台沒人，我就坐電梯上去一樓一樓的叫，問有沒有人，最後找到了被告知路邊停車位也可以停，他們停車場擠滿了車，明天要是有人早走還得去挪車，路邊的因為已經開出來瞬間就被人佔了車位，酒店管理服務衞生條件各方面都很差，非常不滿意，300一晚根本不值得

讓我學會了住酒店不能單看圖片，要多看評價。環境非常差，房間很小，和展示的圖片完全不一樣！而且有一股黴味，空調都是壞的，擋風口都沒有，還好意思説是新空調！廁所馬桶和玻璃門貼在一起，上廁所非常擠，前台也很冷漠，一點都不積極處理問題，還嘗試讓我原價換更小的房間。

第一次在攜程上訂到的酒店不是很滿意，主要是臨時決定的，到了後的第一印象就是這家酒店比較老，開門進去一股濃濃的黴味，房間小，廁所空間小，馬桶跟洗澡間的門隔的很近 ，實際上的樣子與圖片上的嚴重不符合！！！床上床單上都黑點 ，下次預訂酒店還是得多看看評價

從莫幹山到安吉，找了一個市區的住宿，被贈送螢火蟲門票吸引，選擇住了這裏。吃飯很方便，但是賓館衞生太差了，一進屋就是煙味，被子和枕頭都有被煙燙壞的痕跡。不過這個價位還送兩張門票也就那樣了，還好後面又住了美美的民宿，要不安吉之旅就剩下遺憾了！
