房間很乾凈，忘記拍照了，還有下午茶和小零食孩子很喜歡，老闆態度相當好一點不比五星酒店差，地下一層還有泳池小孩很喜歡，晚上不用曬大太陽，周邊走路五分鐘的距離就能到熊貓樂園和雲上草原，很方便，很滿意，旁邊還有一條小溪可以玩水捉魚，很開心。

Awesome spot in the mountain - perfect for relaxing. Amazing service and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Only watch out is it is quite far away from anything so pre-packing some snacks or having a car is recommended!

I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

簡直髮現了寶藏露營酒店，環境太棒了，每個獨立的帳篷獨立衞生間。帶着小朋友來的，臨時想要升級房型，比較幸運的是有一間空出來，特別感謝小張馬上給我換過去了。晚餐提前一天點菜，阿姨燒的特別好吃，備註啤酒鴨燒辣點，吃的嘴巴吸溜吸溜還想吃。到了晚上8.30我和老公倆人外面燒烤，量也是超級大，根本吃不完！總之這次的體驗很好，下次有機會還是會再來的，我想秋天應該也是不錯的吧，伴着溪水 露水 蟲鳴入睡……吸一口大自然的氣息

抓住暑假的尾巴 挑了工作日帶娃來度假啦 一家人定了2個不同的房間 半山温泉和崖居 其實就是山下和山上的區別 房間很大 也很乾凈 房間裏的minibar都是免費的 有薯片 可樂 王老吉和啤酒 套餐裏送了山頂咖啡代金券很實惠 2張就是60塊錢 我們點了薯條 雞米花 咖啡等等 最後衹需付40多塊錢 而且薯條和雞米花都是現炸的 無敵好吃 份量也很足 咖啡廳還有菲律賓歌手錶演 挺愜意的 整個度假村真的很好 景色好 服務好 去哪裡都有接駁車 還是24小時的 隨叫隨到 每個店員看見你都是熱情打招呼 客客氣氣的問候 酒店有小童樂園KTV 打牌 打桌球 遊戲機 娛樂項目很多 根本不會無聊 晚上還能去露天温泉泡澡 夏天可以山頂泳池游泳 而且真的很良心 買個泳帽就20塊錢 2天度假 不出去都可以 酒店玩透透～非常喜歡 下次還要來

PPengguna TetamuTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

GgirlfromarsBeautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing. The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily. The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

AAdventureDadReview We decided to come and stay here due to the good reviews and pictures. Location is at the bottom of the mountains next to a busy road. I think the location is ok if you will drive around to different attractions or locations during the day. The hotel grounds are a bit messy especially behind the pool area, maybe still doing construction? We stayed on the top floor in the attic so the room was a strange shape and quite dark as there is only a small window. Below are the pros and cons about staying here. Pros (good): Newly renovated Very friendly and helpful staff Good tasty food Clean Comfortable bed Good size room Pet friendly Nice bath tub but very small Japanese warm toilet Near Crouching Tiger Hidden dragon tourist area Cons (not so good): Hotel is by the main road so it’s very noisy with traffic. Car park and surrounding hotel grounds are muddy so you bring in dirty shoes and dirty dogs into the room. Mattress is on the floor. View is of the main road - not that nice TV is very small No nearby hiking trail Winter time the floor is ice cold, you need slippers If you are only here to stay in the room and do nothing then you may like it. I don’t recommend staying on the 4th floor which is the attic. If you are looking for peace and scenery and be in the mountains then this hotel is not for you.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

SScarletTheWandererWhat a wonderful spot! We were so surprised by this quiet hotel that had the most GORGEOUS views overlooking the mountains and bamboo forest. The manager of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, a little dark but cool and the bathroom had no door (very normal in China). The balcony was just perfect and there was a nice short walk through the woods if you turn left from the lobby that loops up to the entrance of the Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Reservoir and has glorious mountain valley views. You go to their sister hotel (20 meters next door) for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. They also serve delicious dinner - we especially loved both the eggplant and bamboo dishes and all the staff were so friendly! It’s also where the pool was – but the water was a little low when we were there as it’s mountain fed and it was a little worn. We dipped our feet in instead of going for a full swim. The road is full of zigzags to get to the top of the mountain, but it has incredible views along the way and is new and smooth. Would recommend this nice hotel with a very friendly manager.

SScarletTheWandererNestled in the forest is this incredible homestay with the most wonderful hospitality! The rooms are super clean, spacious and have terrific views of nature. The owners Sun and his wife Melissa are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Always happy to help and give advice on things to do in the local area – there is a wonderful small river in front where you can swim or walk up the road for many different spots to wade in! It’s also about a 10-15 mins drive from a wonderful wetland park which is glorious. The location of this homestay is perfect and it’s very easy to get to from Shanghai. They also serve delicious coffee on site and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful. You can also bring some food and prepare it in the really nice kitchen for lunch or dinners if you want. The owners friend also owns a delicious restaurant in the nearby town (5 mins drive)! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and natural place to stay, this is the spot for you! Will def recommend to friends and will come back soon!
