Otel çox təmizdir. Sabah yeməyində fərqli pendir növləri var. Dadlarını çox bəyəndim 🥰 müdirdən işçilerine qədər hamısı mükemmeldi. Kofe ikramları üçün ayrıca teşekkür 😊 bir otelde en önem verdiyim temizlik ve əməkdaşların münasibətidir. Bu otelde təkcə bu ikisi deyil çox şey ela idi! Resepsn daima zənglərə cavab verir gozletmir her şey üçün teşekkür 😊🥰

Otele girdiğimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı değerli arkadaşlar bize odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler odaya girdiğimizde birçok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha konforlu ve temizdi ayrica oda içindeki jakuzi zamanininizi daha iyi geçirmeniz için gerçekten mükemmel bir aktiviteydi genel olarak beğendik Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayi tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önereceğim . Herşey için teşekkür ederiz .

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

Ankarada sürekli başka yerlerde kaldım. İlk kez dedemanda kaldım. Kesinlikle tam anlamı ile fiyat performans oteli. Odaların konforu ve temizliğinden daha basetmiyorum bile. Gerçi bahsedecek birşey yok çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar ilgili ve saygılı. Tavsiye ediyorum kesinlikçe

Fui con mi pareja y reservé una habitación superior Deluxe con cama extragande, habitación de 25 metros con vistas al jardín, y cuando llegue allí me dieron una habitación, que estaba sin hacer ,con vistas a un tejado metálico y de 12 metros cuadrados.Pague pormuna habitación superior y me dieron la inferior, tras una hora quejándome en recepción conseguí la habitación que supuestamente me correspondía.El.hotel está nuevo , reformado, pero la calidad deja mucho que desear.

Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!

Otel Memorial Hospitalin hemen yanında. Giriş yapacağımız gün sabah gitmemize rağmen bekletmeden odamızı verdiler. Odalar çok temiz, büyüklüğü oldukça iyi. Yatak ve yastıklar rahat. Banyodaki malzemeler çok kaliteli. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli ve iyi ürünler servis ediliyor. Biz akşam yemeğinde pizza sipariş ettik çok lezzetliydi. Lobi katında starbucks cafe mevcut. Personelin tamamı çok kibar ve belli ki işleriyle ilgili de eğitim alıyorlar. Özellikle ön büro personeli çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. I would recommend his services and the hotel to everyone. He was very nice and caring. Thank you once again Nurettin Mutlugün.
