Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

Otele girdiğimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı değerli arkadaşlar bize odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler odaya girdiğimizde birçok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha konforlu ve temizdi ayrica oda içindeki jakuzi zamanininizi daha iyi geçirmeniz için gerçekten mükemmel bir aktiviteydi genel olarak beğendik Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayi tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önereceğim . 酒店位置方便，我們2天出遊都是步行，可以深度體驗安卡拉。酒店大廳布局緊湊，房間還是蠻大的。設施如同中國好一點的品牌快捷酒店。樓頂露台餐廳風景不錯。

Memnun qalmadigim heç ne olmadı 😊 Otel temizdir. Otaqlarda çarşaflar temiz hamamda vannası olan otaq verdiler xoş sürpriz oldu 😊 otaqa her gün su qoyulur, minibar var televizor ders çalışacağım üçün otaqda çalışma masasının olması da lap sevindirdi. Diğer qaldığım otellerden fərqli ve en yaxşı cəhətlərdən biri minibar və room service qiymətlərinin yazılı olmasıdır. Resepsndan təəssüf adlarını bilmədiyim meni ilk gün check in eden bey ve xanım, bellboy vardı. Çox mehribandırlar😊 Hamamda fen var. Dəsmallar hamısı qoyulmuşdu. Bütün gerekli xırda əşyalar da. Housekeeping çox mehriban ve diqqətlidir. Bu otelde qaldığım 7 gün ərzində sadece xoş anlar yaşayıram 🥰 Növbəti seçimim yenə bura olacaq deyə Eminem 😊 Seher yemeyi açıq bufetdi. Çeşidli pendirlər var. Çorba teklif olunur 😊 şirniyyatlar murebbeler çeşitli kofe yani her zovge uygun 😊 adeta seher bunun üçün tez oyanırdım😄 Her şey üçün Teşekkürler!!

I stayed for three nights, and could not have been happier with the comfort of the room, the COVID-cleanliness and precautions they took, and - most of all - the service from the staff. I needed help with an international call and in booking a ferry after I left the hotel: they helped with both. And they didn't need to ... my international call didn't go through from the room (probably my goof), and they placed the call for me. When I had tried to book a ferry to Istanbul on a website that kept finalizing the transaction in Turkish, they helped me sort out the inputs. AND when my US credit cards were not accepted, they even booked using a corporate card, and added the expense/no surcharge, to my room. Finally, when I left my camera in cab after leaving the hotel, they worked with my (future) tour leader in identifying the cab, holding the camera for me, and mailing it to me forward on the trip. They didn't have to do any of this: I'd already left the hotel ... but they were excellent in helping me out. The location is good, per the other reviews, but what really makes them stand apart is how they genuinely take care of the hotel guests both in general property conditions as well as making the stay a comfortable one.
