Service is absolute as expected as a JW. Front desk clerks are always show their wariness to the guests. Great breakfast and excellent lounge. Entire property is very luxury. Location is not the best if you are thinking about visiting the attractions but easy access to a metro station. Free self parking.

I've stayed at this Marriott twice for business and it is the best hotel in Ankara. It's location is really nice across from teh UE Embassy and centrally located with easy access to most business and shopping. It has a complimentary garage below with easy in/out priviliges. The lobby area is massive, and very impressive. The staff are highly trained, courteous and helpful. The lobby bar serves any drink you can imagine and there is alsa a very nice steak restaurant at the entrance which also serves breakfast and lunch. The roof top bar is incredible with nice views of Ankara skyline and bands playing on the weekends (you will need reservations on the weekends). The rooms are well appointed with great views (see picture) and anything you need during your stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and come with both a soak in bathtub and a shower. The drink prices are comparable to what you would expect to spend in comparable hotels in Europe and the US. There is strict security at the entrance to the hotel which some might find it a bit too much, but I did not mind as it is safer than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is really amazing fluent in English and Turkish (and maybe other languages). I really do not understand why this hotel can be less than 5 stars for its classification. It is the best Marriott I stayed in and I travel for work in the US and some in Europe.

It is not possible to write a review without giving a star but that would be best. Avoid at any cost and if you have to, don't use a card to pay. Count your fingers when you leave. I got charged twice 36 USD for 4 drinks in the lobby bar and the hotel has been stonewalling returning the money they stole. Despite calling several times and emailing them, no response. Fancy building, but poorly trained staff and bad management.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast has many choices, probably the most variety I have seen traveling to other places. I would definitely stay there when I am in Ankara

It is an amazing property, even though the rooms are in need of some renovation. My experience was amazing, as a titanium member was checked in by Denis quickly. The hotel is a great property. The staff is amazing attentive. Special thanks to my room attendant who checked in on us frequently. We tried the JW steak house and unfortunately the food was not too pleasing, I have had better steaks at a lower class restaurant. But want to thank the manager for accommodating my family with kids as normally they don’t. Once again overall experience was great and I will definitely return for longer time.

JW Marriott has been my number 1 choice in Ankara for many years because of the cleanliness of the room and their lovely breakfast. I always had a good experience during my stays. Surprisingly this time the room temperature was 30’C and it was not possible to sleep. When I called the reception they told me to send a technician who didn’t show up and after half an hour the room cooled down 3’C only. After 1,5 hrs midnigt passed and still waiting the room to reach a reasonable temperature to go bed and sleep. The bad thing was the reply when I called the reception for the second time, they simply didn’t bother at all. I think it is time to try other nice 5 star hotels in the city.

We stayed at this hotel with my children and hosted a dinner for our broader family. We were greeted by very friendly hotel personnel and very quickly checked into our rooms. In the evening, we hosted our family dinner. The buffet dinner was very rich and delicious. Although we were a crowded group our waitress was very attentive and we all had great time during the dinner. In the morning, again the buffet was very rich and egg station was excellent. Moreover the hotel has an excellent location close to several shopping malls and the business district. For sure will come back there again.

It was the first hotel without hear and body shampoo that I ever been. During the check in my card was credited two times for a warranty that is unacceptable for the people that frequent this kind of hotel. I made the reclamation but nothing happened and my money are still in the hotel account. When you go out of the hotel main door you should look carefully to not be hit from the desordered cars in front of the hotel.
