very quiet and comfortable. Basic infrastructure needs to be upgraded, some is a little old, such as public area’s furnitures.

The standards room are not so nice. The room had a strong smell. I almost checked out. But I was offered executive room and which was much better. Although the bathroom floor was leaking and the furnitures in the sitting room are old. But the executive room was much cleaner and comfortable.

A smiling and very kind welcome made us very happy. The cleaning was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and warm. The view was magnificent. Ankara was like under our feet. There were no kitchenware or slippers in the apartment. I think this is the only sad part. Apart from that, all the hotel staff I met were polite, kind and sincere. I would like to thank each and every one of them. If I go to Ankara again, I will not look for another place. I will just go there.

The hotel looks like a Warsaw Hotel during the communist era in Poland. Overall, it's not bad, but the facility needs renovation!

The hotel is very old. The cabinets and tables all have a sense of age. The room has a sense of age and the smell of the previous person's smoking lingers. The hotel staff are also a bit old and the washing machine cannot be used. The food is quite satisfactory.

I, along with my wife and our two kids, stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from July 14th, here we felt completely comfortable like our home, the kitchen facilities were complete and my wife made pizza for us in the oven. The pool and the lawn in front of it were very beautiful and quiet The staff were polite and helpful, especially I would like to thank Mr. Akot for helping us book a hotel in Istanbul. The only negative point here was the air conditioning system which is old and we were told that it will be renovated later

My first stay suppose to be 11 days but I extended to 15 , after my traveling finished west side of Turkiye I came back to stay for 3 more weeks before I go back to USA ..The reasons l loved this place was 1-staff 2- location 3- price and best view from my balcony..Staff make me feel like I am part of their family ,they take care of me like their own..l was getting my teeth ( implants) done so l was in alot of pain and fragile they comfort me and worried about me. SO this place not a hotel it's home.. I strongly recommend it

We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy!
