Hotel berhampiran our Park, Ankara

Yol üzeri bir gece konakladığımiz bir oteldi.Fiyat performans açısından oldukça iyi bir otel. Otoparkı var, odası tertemizdi çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Klimalar oldukça iyi durumda. Kahvaltıyi kendileri getiriyorlar farklı bir isteğiniz varsa da soylediginizde yapıyorlar. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir sonraki Ankara ziyaretimizde tekrar konaklayacağımiz bir otel.

Nice hotel in good location. It is next to big shopping malls. Good hotel for the business trip.

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

I stayed for three nights, and could not have been happier with the comfort of the room, the COVID-cleanliness and precautions they took, and - most of all - the service from the staff. I needed help with an international call and in booking a ferry after I left the hotel: they helped with both. And they didn't need to ... my international call didn't go through from the room (probably my goof), and they placed the call for me. When I had tried to book a ferry to Istanbul on a website that kept finalizing the transaction in Turkish, they helped me sort out the inputs. AND when my US credit cards were not accepted, they even booked using a corporate card, and added the expense/no surcharge, to my room. Finally, when I left my camera in cab after leaving the hotel, they worked with my (future) tour leader in identifying the cab, holding the camera for me, and mailing it to me forward on the trip. They didn't have to do any of this: I'd already left the hotel ... but they were excellent in helping me out. The location is good, per the other reviews, but what really makes them stand apart is how they genuinely take care of the hotel guests both in general property conditions as well as making the stay a comfortable one.

Yorumlara bakarak gittik,gayet iyi temiz,yardımsever,güler yüzlüler. İki çocuğumuz olduğundan isteğimizde çok oluyor tabi :) Hepsine çok iyi davranarak yardımcı oldular.Cadde üzerinde ama otoparkı var.Kahvaltısıda güzeldi.Teşekkür ediyoruz

Otelin bulunduğu lokasyon çok kötü. Pavyonlarin meyhanelerin yaninda. Gece dışarı çıkmak tehlikeli olabilir. Otel odaları temiz. Esyalar biraz eski. Oda büyük ama çok karanlık. Aslinda cok lamba var ama acayip bir avize sistemi yapmışlar. Oda çok loş olmuş. Avizeleri sökseler daha iyi olur. Tanıtım fotolarının tersine Odada kettle yok. Odada buzdolabi var ama çok eski model olduğu için soğutmuyor. Çalışıp çalışmadığı belli değil. Bir işe yaramiyor. Oyeldeki en büyük sorun otelin havalandırma sistemi. merkezi olduğu için COVİD nedeniyle çalıştırılmıyor. Restaurantta, Oda da lobide çok sıcak. Arka taraf odalarda Pencereyi açınca dışarda koskaca bir havalandirma sistemi var. Galiba otele ait değil. 24 saat çalışıyor ve çok gürültülü. Odada Pencereyi açmadan durma şansınız yok. Havalandırma Gürültüsu sizi cok rahatsız ediyor. Dayanmak çok zor çünkü baş agrısı yapıyor. Bu sesi duymayayım diye TVnin sesini açayım dedim. Açamadım çünkü TV nin sesini otamatik olarak ayarlanmış. Sirf bu gürültü yüzünden oteli 1 gün erken terk etmeyi bile düşündüm. Kahvaltısı COVİD nedeniyle set menü. Yetersiz ve zayif. Lobide şirin bir papağan var. Otelin İyi tarafı kapalı otoparkı var; en iyi tarafi ise personeli. Cok iyi, cok nazik ve cok yardımcılar. Aslında 1 yıldız verecektim ama sırf personel için 3 yıldız verdim. Öneri düzeyi: Zayıf Bir daha kalirmiyim? Kesinlikle hayır.
