Ankara’da tercih edilebilecek güzel şirin bir otel.Odaları ***et güzel ve temizdi.Konumu açısından da çok rahat ettik.Eşimle en sevdiğimiz öğün kahvaltıdır.Kahvaltısıda ***et güzel ve yeterliydi.Damla Hanıma ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz.Tekrar tercih edeceğiz…

Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

Good location and price. As it is located on the main road so too much traffic noise and there is also a cafe next to it where music goes on till very late at night making it very uncomfortable. Overall good value for money.

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

По приезду в хостел мы увидели табличку, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. Мы приехали к хостелу в 7 утра, подождали час. В 8.10 стучали в дверь никто не открывал, потом вышел человек, сказал что он тут только отдыхает, администрации пока нет, но скоро должны прийти. Прождали минут 15 пришла девушка, начала заселение. Быстро все оформила и проводила в номер. Номер маленький, внутри было грязно, видимо пол мыли, но в углах, под кроватью и сбоку и сзади кровати, под радиатором никто не мыл и даже не пылесосил пыль и мусор там лежат. В ванне плесень черная на раковине, в душе и углах. Полотенца и тапочки нет, хотя при бронировании было написано что есть, так же с феном. Смеситель на раковине сломан, вода течет на саму раковину по бокам и вытекает от куда-то снизу, дверца раковины тоже свисает, крючков для полотенец нет. Постельное белье тоже грязное застиранное, в каких-то пятнах, спала в одежде. Когда мы выезжали вечером, на ресепшене опять никого не было. Ждали минут 15, ходили по хостелу искали. Не нашли, оставили ключи на столе и ушли, потому что у нас самолет и надо было уже срочно ехать. Все плохо, не знаю откуда столько положительных отзывов. Так же все кто живут в хостеле вечно бродят по нему и орут, либо сидят на улице под окнами и их слышно так, будто они в ухо тебе разговаривают. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, дверь тонкая и все слышно кто мимо ходит. Рядом был туалет общий и там дверь закрывалась только если ее с силой захлопнуть, каждый раз от этого просыпалась.

Yol üzeri bir gece konakladığımiz bir oteldi.Fiyat performans açısından oldukça iyi bir otel. Otoparkı var, odası tertemizdi çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu. Klimalar oldukça iyi durumda. Kahvaltıyi kendileri getiriyorlar farklı bir isteğiniz varsa da soylediginizde yapıyorlar. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir sonraki Ankara ziyaretimizde tekrar konaklayacağımiz bir otel.
