（三）服務:辦理入住前台服務人員很熱情，辦理入住很迅速很細緻的給介紹了酒店設施包括餐廳地點，看我出行帶有茶葉還會很貼心的房間給我多送了兩瓶水，周邊遊玩的地方和特色美食也是給我介紹了個遍，情緒價值太滿意了😀
客房服務很迅速，需要什麼東西幾分鐘客房阿姨就送到了。
總體來説住完的感受很好，各方面都非常不錯，酒店的設施，房間的衞生，工作人員的服務都很滿意。極力推薦入住，繁華的市中心舒適的住店氛圍，高品質的衞生和服務，下次途徑還會選擇入住！

Room was clean but had a bit smoke smells. Would appreciate more if completely non-smoke. Front deck and all staffs were very accommodating. Location was good with minor issue on the noise of trains pass by in the back. Would be better if hotel installs sound proof windows. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay there future

總體還不錯，位置特別好，周邊景點和小吃都很多，離古城、顧府街、小十字小吃街都很近，房間問寬敞乾淨，該有的都有。看到有些評論説設施太舊不滿意，我想為酒店説句客觀感受，這個價位能在熱鬧的老城區住這樣寬敞便利的酒店，很具備性價比。如果要住新一些的酒店，要麼不止這個價位要麼位置就要偏一些了。但酒店還是有幾個硬傷需要改進：房間燈光昏暗、早餐品種太少味道也差不值20、馬桶水壓不夠、我住的房間臨街有些吵。

家人們！這家如家真的還不錯！
本來住在黃果樹景區，但是那邊酒店太差了，所以臨時來縣城住一晚。因為這家如家有家庭房，所以沒去其他品牌。
一開始還是挺忐忑的，但是到房間後感覺挺好的。燈光明亮，佈局合理，有沙發書桌衣櫃，熱水和空調都不錯。
缺點：洗衣機和烘乾機衹有一台，要等好久。
最大的缺點：在一個寫字樓裏，衹有兩部電梯，寫字樓裏的其他人員也是用酒店的電梯，所以要等很久！！

前幾年是酒店的常客，最近有一年沒來了，但是前台賓客經理繆佳麗仍然記得客人的名字和入住習慣，真是非常用心的服務！
省內性價比最高的温泉酒店，週末500出頭，含三早的熊貓主題親子房。入住期間不限次的温泉體驗是最大的賣點。房間大小和硬件設施同樣一級棒！温泉人不多，但服務人員仍然用心服務每一位客人！

TTimFantastic hotel situated in an incredibly well-preserved Ming dynasty village. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room was fantastic - very clean and a comfortable bed! There are many things to see here, including a Buddhist temple of 500 years one of the mountains the town in nestled beneath. Far different from the new old towns we saw in Lijiang and shangri-la, this village is the real deal and just unbelievable to walk through and explore. We also enjoyed walking down to the nearby town outside the gates. The Karst mountains in this area are extremely dramatic and beautiful to behold. There is a speciality coffee shop and a place to get breakfast near the gate - we suspect that we were visiting outside of peak time as it was generally quiet but that suited us just fine. The host made us wonton and dumpling soup in a vegetable broth which was very nice. The hosts are very kind and they have prepared a wonderful place from which to explore this very special village. It is about a 40 minute taxi from Anshun West station and 20-30 minute taxi into Anshun city. Thank you!

SShing runThe staff’s service is impeccable. As it is low season, they upgraded our room to the courtyard rooms and its lovely. They collected our dirty laundry, washed and sent it to our room for free. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.

AAaron CedricThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

--yingshaozhu終於有時間發這家了，實際入住時期是八月下旬，但是一直沒來得及點評。去安順主要想去的景點就是黃果樹，然後柏聯又是一直沒有住過的國牌奢華所以去黃果樹的時候就住這了，實際體驗下來也確實是很有特色。
提前一天會有工作人員添加微信並且確定訊息，然後確定時間，幫忙準備黃果樹景區門票。（酒店每個房間應該是給2份免費門票的）
酒店有接送機（站）服務，不過僅限安順機場和安順西站，市內其他地方應該是不行的。當然如果你打算在安順市區先玩兩天再過去，又想使用這個接站服務，解決方案就是你預約好時間然後自行去車站就ok了。接機用的奔馳v商務車，送機用的別克商務車。然後車上準備了很精緻的小食，這個應該誇一下。
酒店主要公區集中在兩個獨立建築內，大堂，餐廳都在這裏，茶室温泉（包括健身房游泳池）在隔壁。到酒店了立刻有工作人員來送冰毛巾和一個項鍊，這個還是很可以的，標準夠高。
前台這邊服務就要略次一些了，感覺屬於服務標準定的很高但沒有完全執行到位標準的那種感覺。基本就是辦了入住然後拿車送去房間，簡單介紹了一下但是我感覺大部分客人應該記不下來。然後第二天退房的時候發現好幾個客人在前台吵架，大概是等了很久還沒能入住，場面略顯混亂，感覺在旺季的時候可能人手略有不足。但是除了前廳這一塊，整體服務標準還是很高的。
訂了兩間客房，一間山景湯屋套和一間山景or湖景湯屋。分別給升級（非套房那間我不確定有沒有升級）到了湖景湯屋套和一間湖景湯屋。這兩個房間還是聯通房，所以工作人員就把聯通門打開了。中式裝修風格，套房這邊面積還行，普通那間略小，不過因為聯通了所以就無所謂。開夜床的時候有送小吃，泡湯準備了玫瑰花蠟燭這些，迷你吧的飲料是免費。當晚單獨加了夜茶，景色無敵，茶點這些就比較一般。夜茶不在酒店內而是在單獨的茶室，有車接送，我覺得是值得體驗的。
每天有一些固定的蠟染之類的活動，套餐送了下午茶和旅拍。下午茶和前一晚的夜茶差不多，比較一般。旅拍就很水了，是真的衹拍6張而不是拍多幾張選好看的，取景這些也比較差，聊勝於無。
餐飲這方面還行，早餐一般，然後錯過了正餐時間所以衹吃了簡餐，質量不錯，尤其推薦糟辣椒米粉，味道很棒。
整體來説值得一試，最好是淡季，多住個幾天，體驗一下各種活動，還是很不錯的。不過價格確實就很高了

TTannkerBook a room that is garden view. The room is big with one queen and one single bed. It comes with a balcony and overlook a small garden. The hotel is located in the waterfall scenic area hence is quite cooling, aircon was not on at all. Do take note to contact the hotel in advance regarding booking of the park ticket and also the actual driving directions to the hotel as it is located inside the scenic area.

PPengguna Tetamu離安順市中心不算太遠，入住手續辦理很快，我們對房型有點要求，經理也幫我們免費升級了房型，很加印象分！房間性價比很高，五一期間價格也比較合適。退房後有東西遺忘在房間，退房沒多久就聯繫我了，最後麻煩酒店幫我寄回到家裡的地址了。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is in a great location - there are bus stops directly outside, which makes getting to/ from the bus station and high-speed train station quite convenient. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Hongshan lake. There are lots of little shops in the neighborhood, and a few street food stalls up towards the lake. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; one very patient member of staff spent a long time helping me find information about Huangguoshu falls, and gave useful advice about getting the bus there. The room is spacious and very clean. It even has a cubicle for the shower. Very good value for money.

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
