優點: 酒店工作人員服務態度很好，從停車場大哥到餐飲服務員，質量較高。位於安順南收費站，自駕游去黃果樹很合適，停車方便。四樓餐館味道很好，服務也好。
缺點: 酒店設施陳舊，加上類紅木裝修，更顯陳舊。馬桶鬆動，坐上去馬桶缸體還會擺動。洗手池返味，臭，房間也有類似木頭腐爛的莫名臭味。浴室和衞生間是定時燈，會自動熄滅，上廁所或洗澡突然熄滅很驚悚。早餐很一般，在同價位酒店裡麪算比較差的。

這趟貴州之旅這個酒店最滿意 首先辦理入住時工作人員小藝和小張態度很好，詢問之後給我們推薦了當地美食去吃了真的沒踩雷。再就是酒店位置特別好，出大門一百米左右的距離就是一個特別火爆的飯店，去晚了排不上號。 酒店門口打車七八分鐘就能到顧府街，當地小吃非常多。 我老公喜歡健身，五樓健身器材和游泳館都不錯。

Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

非常舒服的民宿，整個民宿羣山環繞，空氣非常好，很適合小住幾日度假，而且就在龍宮其中一個入口處，對於帶娃出遊實在太方便了，店裡小姐姐小哥哥服務非常好，有問必答，餐飲也做的不錯，魚火鍋和牛肉火鍋yyds，還有早餐米粉太好吃了，詢問在哪能買到，小哥哥還熱情地送我一袋米粉，真的超感動😭

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

PPengguna Tetamu每次旅行，住宿環境對我來説最為重要，這次定的民宿超級喜歡。整體裝修風格文藝風，温馨脱俗，妥妥的卡在了我的審美上。每處細節都很完美，給人一種舒適、放鬆、自然的感覺。聊天時才知道老闆兩夫妻是學美術的，難怪。小院停車很方便，花園也超美。坐在花園裡吹着小風，喝上一杯拿鐵，盪一盪鞦韆別提多愜意了，好久沒這麼享受了。最難忘的要數老闆現做的早餐，青椒肉末拌粉，配上一個炸蛋，一撮葱花，那小味美極了。必須着重説一下老闆，熱情實在，不厭其煩的給我們介紹着周邊的景點和小吃。總的來説非常開心的一次旅行，下次來安順玩還住你家。

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! Special thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay - 小陶、小万和小绒 - you were all so attentive and went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you!! See you again soon!

PPengguna Tetamu黃果樹柏聯酒店那句口號就是“柏聯出品必是精品”在此次旅程中精彩詮釋了。柏聯酒店設計風格很好很注意私隱保護，酒店贈送的接送機服務很周到，贈送的景區門票以及電瓶車景區接駁很準時，服務很熱情！酒店餐食是地方特色和融合菜的完美結合，價格適中，口味獨特宜人。最有特色的是觀瀑茶園的下午茶，一邊聽瀑傳音，一邊品茗看景，真是做到了放空休閑的愜意。酒店的旅拍小哥攝影技術精湛，給我們拍出來久違的年輕態，這是此次柏聯之行的亮點！當然在酒店泡温泉依舊是柏聯的最佳度假模式！今後有機會我們還會去其他柏聯酒店體驗不同的風格和服務。柏聯酒店值得推薦！

PPengguna Tetamui went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages.
我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

Saya membawanya ke hotel lima bintang tempat ibu saya menginap. PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is in a great location - there are bus stops directly outside, which makes getting to/ from the bus station and high-speed train station quite convenient. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Hongshan lake. There are lots of little shops in the neighborhood, and a few street food stalls up towards the lake. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful; one very patient member of staff spent a long time helping me find information about Huangguoshu falls, and gave useful advice about getting the bus there. The room is spacious and very clean. It even has a cubicle for the shower. Very good value for money.

LLingcong九月份淡季入住的，當時入住率應該不到5成，但整體入住體驗感覺沒有達到預期的期望值。先是入住當天發現酒店降價了，但已過了修改日期，不能取消/修改，不過差價不多也就算了。選擇這家酒店主要是看中它的位置，酒店正對面就是黃果樹景區觀光車的上車點，但原來每天上車前要先繞一圈到檢票處刷臉後才能上車，酒店直接去檢票處的路都被欄起來了，要繞一圈到上面麥當勞再從樓梯下來，確實不太方便了。其次是查看某點評app，顯示酒店旁邊有家叫『回家吃飯』的餐館，有套餐可以購買，但去到一看原來已經倒閉多時了，住了幾天試了酒店附近幾家餐館但整體囗味都很一般。房間設施還是不錯的，衞生也算可以，每天有阿姨打掃，但早餐廳環境很一般，食物選擇也很少，最多值餐標10元/位的那種。總結來説，若是再次選擇的話，應該不會考慮，感覺住近汽車站/遊客中心那一邊出行會更加方便，特別是拖着大行李的話，那邊網紅餐館也比較多。
