Divan Otel Antakya

We are group of 6 stayed in this hotel for three nights on Feb 2022 in 3 delux rooms. The hotel is rated 5 star. The breakfast was good but resturant's staff did not understand english and 1 or 2  could understand or speak little of it. We were disapointed with rooms amenities and services We were 2 persons in each room and were gven 2 small bottles of shampoos that were not refilled every day. Then there was only 1 slippers in room..with floor very cold ot was inconvenience and unpleasant. We requested extra water as we were going to our room at our fist night...we went to sleep and no water was braught. We suspect that the room also is not  clraned everyday as we sae remenant of things we left behind. On our last night the keys for all the 3 rooms  did not work. We had to go down to reactivate...and when i asked the receptionist how can this happend...his answer was could be you put  near your phone...my answer was is that possible for all 3 rooms at same time? In my opinion this is not at 5 star hotel..i down grade it 4 for poor service.
