We had a highly disappointing experience with the hotel's management team. On December 30, 2024, they initially agreed to our request for New Year celebration arrangements. However, they suddenly denied making any arrangements, showing a lack of professionalism and commitment. Additionally, the laundry service was substandard and damaged one of our T-shirts. When we tried to address the issue with them, they were unresponsive and unwilling to listen to our concerns. The behavior of the staff was poor overall, and the food quality was below expectations. The options in the Complimentary Breakfast (CP) were very limited and mostly catered to South Indian cuisine, lacking variety. The only positive aspect was the morning desk staff, who were supportive and exhibited good behavior.
