الفندق نظيف والاكل متوفر طيله اليوم بالاضافه الى وجود نادي للاطفال جداً متعاونين ويهتمون بالطفل وهناك الاخ محمد من المطعم شخص جداً لطيف ويهتم بادق التفاصيل المنيو متنوع ومتغير يومياً والمسبح يحتوي على مياه دافئه بالاضافه الى وجود امسيه فنيه ليله من عزف بيانو الى فرقه موسيقيه وحفلات خاصه للاطفال

Приятный отель, чистый. Основной минус окна номера выходили на улицу где главный вход и было достаточно шумно из-за проезжающего транспорта, особой разницы между открытым и закрытым окном нет. Ремонт свежий, но начинают появляться следы износа. До пляжа минут 10, по пути: пустырь, оживленная дорога, местами отсутствие тротуаров. Улица с ресторанами прям рядом, там немного дешевле чем на первой линии. Уборку не поняла - была 4 ночи, на момент заезда идеально чисто полотенца свежие, на первый день сменили полотенца, на второй день я отказалась, на третий надеялась что хотя бы пол пропылесосят песок с пляжа…но нет. Завтраки скромные, сырно-колбасная нарезка, оливки, сухие завтраки, вареные яйца, какие-то фритюрные рулеты с сыром или жареные сосиски и много всякого варенья хорошего качества. Вообщем отель за свои деньги неплохой, но есть пара нюансов, я бы скорее вернулась.

Honest review: Was staying here as booked by my surgery clinic. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the staff and facilities. Warm welcome even though early hours of the morning. Reception areas all lovely, clean and astetically pleasing. Small quiet pool with lovely seating area with sauna. Pool was too cold to use but in all fairness it was late December. All reviews about breakfast are true lovely large selection to choose from . Free tea/coffee hot drinks and water available all day which is a massive bonus if you ask me as we had a late check out at no extra charge but was only till 2pm and not being collected till 6.30 so the free refreshments again is a massive bonus and not seen in many hotels. Had room service quite a few times due to not being able to go out and about and you really cannot fault the options and especially the price. Loacation is great short 5 minutes walk from the beach with lots of surrounding eating places and mini market right outside. Staff honestly couldn't do enough for you we were there on NYE and they offered complimentary cocktails and table nibbles which was a lovely treat and very tasty. Now the only issue we had and it was a big one was the noise, we were roadside and is was like the windows were open constantly and it's a busy road and the walls were paper thin. We asked to move and again was dealt with efficiently and professionally to a much quieter room slightly smaller but definitely quieter. Rooms are modern with comfortable beds plenty of pillows and air con and a large mini fridge topped up daily with still, sparkling water and tea's and coffee's. Honestly deserves more than 3 star based on staff alone would come again. Well done Sea Life Lounge and the team

İş amaçlı konaklama gerçekleştirdiğim tesis beklentimin çok üzerinde bir oda kalitesi ile beni karşıladı. Özellikle oda içerisindeki ekipman çeşitliliği ve kalitesi üst seviyede. Hayatı otellerde geçmiş birisi olarak gönül rahatlığıyla belirteceğim, böylesine kaliteli bir yatakta daha önce uyumamıştım. Ayrıca konum olarak şehrin çok ideal bir noktasında, Akdeniz Üniversitesi ile yan yana denebilir. Tesisin altında bulunan cadde mağazaları da neredeyse her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak durumdadır. Uzun süreli konaklamalar için de oldukça uygun. Kesinlikle konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve oldukça profesyoneller. Her şey için çok teşekkürler Casamax Suites

Second time staying at this hotel and will be the last. I booked three rooms, one of which was a suite. Size-wise, it was very good, but that is all. The cleanliness was disgusting. I moved a chair and found items left by previous guests behind. The carpets had not been hoovered and were dirty, old, and ripped. When I moved the bed to pick up a pen I dropped, there was a HUGE hole in the carpet under the bed. The bathroom was the thing that let the room down completely it was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, and the hairdryer had exposed wires (hubby got a shock the first time using, it and didn't touch it again) The bath was BLACK we used slippers to stand in and have a shower, shower head kept sliding down the pole it was placed on ( even though reported it and it was fixed, (NOT) the light above the entrance door kept flickering again I reported it was fixed, (NOT as it kept doing it) The living room had a sofa made up of 2 ends of 2 different sofas, there was no lighting except the flickering one over the entrance door so we were unable to sit and read or talk as it was too dark in room. We had the room cleaned every other day (I say cleaned) the maid took the tip left on the bed, pulled sheets up, and replaced towels. I had to ask to have the bed changed as it had only been changed once in 9 days, and toiletries were never replaced. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast is very very nice and has lots of choices, dinner buffet was good on some nights but a bit mediocre on others, but value for money. I don't like to post bad reviews as I have worked in this industry and know it hard, that is why I always carry my own cleaning chemicals when I travel. We have used Best Western before and have not had any serious issues but this time has closed a door for us with this company. The area around the hotel is very central everything is on your doorstep another side of that is that it's DIRTY, with cigarette butts, and rubbish everywhere. Staff were majority pleasant and polite with the odd exception that should learn how to smile and say Hello. I heard that they are refurbishing the hotel, maybe if our room had been refurbished it wouldn't have spoilt our holiday but my one piece of advice to management is please give your staff a bit of CUSTOMER focused training and definitely train them on Cleaning standards. I did ask for the General Manager's email so I could send him my review rather than go public but apparently according to the receptionist he does not have one,( go figure.)

سلام وقت بخیر من مسافر ایرانی هستم خیلی خیلی ممنونم از امکاناتی که دراختیار ما گذشته بخصوص برخود پرسنل که خیلی زحمت می‌کشیدن بخصوص شیرین خانم که ما عاشق رفتار و برخورد این خانم زیبای ایرانی شدیم باز هم ب این هتل برمیگردیم مزییک و برنامه های که شیرین خانم برای مسافرها تدارک انیماسیون میبینه مشتاق بودن مسافر را برای برگشت دوباره دوچندان میکنه مرسی شیرین جون

I arrived in hotel at 9.15PM but hotel reception did not find my booking, After one hour they find as it was not loaded into their system due to ignorance. Hotel is nice, good breakfast. Location is good. Good. Nice view from breakfast restaurant.Front staff are nice.

Hotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team

The hotel is exceptionally large and luxurious, offering a very insightful experience. There is a continuous supply of food and drinks, including beer, whiskey, vodka, and Pepsi, available throughout the day. The reception staff is very kind, though I was unable to get an early check-in at 1:30 PM, which was a bit problematic. The nearby beach is excellent, and the hotel provides a special tunnel for access to the crystal-clear sea. The room was excellent with a great view of the sea. However, I have a few comments regarding room cleanliness: the Nescafé cup should be cleaned daily, as it went two days without cleaning. It would also be better to have a more powerful air conditioner in the restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The variety of foods is extensive, but the dinner time from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM is too short and should be extended until at least 10:00 PM. I liked the idea of the mini breakfast available from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Overall, the stay was good, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

An amazing hotel with such lovely staff. The food was delicious, facilities clean, and a lot of things to do. They really went the extra mile for me and my friend, they even decorated to room for her birthday, will definitely be returning!!
