Here's a detailed review of my stay: Accommodation (3/5): The room at Spa Hotel was not as advertised. The hotel lacks the amenities shown in the images, such as a pool and beach access. Additionally, the room did not offer any outside views as depicted in the promotional photos. This discrepancy was disappointing and misleading. Service (3/5): While the staff was polite, the service did not fully compensate for the hotel's shortcomings. Check-in was efficient, but when I raised concerns about the discrepancies, the staff was unable to offer a satisfactory resolution. Facilities (3/5): The Hotel does not have the advertised pool and beach amenities. This was a major disappointment, especially since I chose the hotel based on these features. Overall Experience (3/5): My overall experience at this Hotel was disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's online portrayal. I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others seeking similar amenities.

Very helpful and friendly hotel.

The bed was so comfortable and the rooms so clean. First Class Customer Service. I was a solo traveller and have never travelled alone before so was worried. The staff made me feel so welcome and I would definitely go back alone. Rooms cleaned everyday of requiring. Fresh bedding towels, tea, coffee, sugar and water..I especially want to say a massive thank you to the 2 guys on reception they were so lovely and helpful and made me feel so welcome and I actually miss seeing there faces. I would definitely go back as I was treated from start to finish with kindness and care. The cleaner works so hard bless her and was amazing too. Take care you guys and hopefully see you again xxxx

I enjoyed my stay here besides my partner being robbed outside the hotel . So the first words I will say is stay clear of the street sellers that are hanging around trying to sell stuff from outside the hotel . Police was useless too . That being said the hotel is very great value for money . Beautiful rooms and good food . The spa is the main highlight for me the Turkish bath and massage was extremely satisfying . Zeyneb the masseuse (forgive me if I havnt spelled it correctly) she took extra care of me with it being my first experience having a massage in turkey and also my first time having a Turkish bath I was shocked and wasn’t expecting it to be anything like it was so she gets 5 stars from me . The only reason I have rated this stay a 4 out of 5 overall is simply because of a few defects the room had . The patio doors did not lock correctly , some electrical faults to the room itself that I’m sure will be rectified . All that being said I think an overall 4 out of 5 is more than fair . I will be staying again but please especially if you are a woman alone please be careful .

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms and the hotel was very clean & tidy and the bed comfortable. The room had AC, a small deposit locker and an small fridge to store your own snacks and drinks. The standard room I stayed in was quite small but perfect for a solo traveller like myself or for a couple. The hotel was presumably full, but never seemed busy or crowded. The pool area is small but perfect for a quick dip. The surrounding area has busy nightlife but I wasn't disturbed by any noise. Lots of restaurants around, popular with locals especially. BLM Beach is just around the corner with entry of 400-500 TLY depending on the day and elevator taking you down to the platform - I can recommend that one too! You cannot enter the beach directly from the hotel. The old town (Kaleiçi) is around a 15min taxi drive away with 180-210 TLY oneway. At the hotel, I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet that varied everyday. Savoury and sweet products both warm and cold available. Special thanks to the very helpful and welcoming lady working in the reception for giving good tips, making sure that everything was okay with my stay. I had first booked a hamam tour elsewhere but it was cancelled, and she kindly arranged me a same day spot in the own hamam of the hotel. I had package 2 (sauna and steam room, Turkish foam scrub, massage and facemask) can truly recommend that one too! All in all, can full-heartedly recommend this hotel.
