"We booked a standard room and the staff gave us a second floor room, only to discover that the elevator only goes up to the first floor. This crucial detail was never disclosed prior to booking. Because my wife has a knee condition that makes climbing stairs painful and difficult, we immediately requested assistance from the front desk. Two employees informed us they would consult the manager to find a solution, but they never followed up or got back to us. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi connection did not reach our room. As an online worker, reliable internet is essential. Front desk staff came to inspect the issue and confirmed that even their own phone could not catch a signal, simply offering an apology that the internet was "weak." With no viable solution provided by the hotel, I was forced to use international roaming through my Canadian provider, incurring an extra cost of $15 per day for two days just to complete my work. The complete lack of accessibility transparency, poor connectivity, and indifferent customer service made for a deeply frustrating stay. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or guests with mobility needs."

"Excellent hotel and facilities. Close to the sea. Everything about the hotel is new, clean, and comfortable! We were greeted wonderfully and served two families of nine a late dinner. It was a delight! They offered coffee/tea and desserts. It was a pleasure. The rooms are new and quiet. The bathroom is nice and clean. The smells are pleasant, typical of an expensive hotel. That's important to me. The pool is cozy. The staff is super polite and helpful. We are absolutely delighted, and a huge thank you to the hotel team. We definitely recommend it!"

"The room was fantastic, exceeding my expectations! Traveling with my elderly parents on a long trip, we found this hotel's room to be equipped with a kitchen, complete with various cooking utensils and dinnerware. We bought ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cooked two Chinese meals in the room, which my dad absolutely loved! We even washed five days' worth of clothes, and there was a dryer! Highly recommended!"

"I spent one night at the Kafkas Hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and in general, the staff were friendly. However, my stay was heavily impacted by a major issue. I checked in on September 16th at 2:00 PM. At the reception, the receptionist did not inform me that there was no running water due to street construction. I only found out by myself when I tried to use the tap right after check-in. When asked, she told my Turkish friend that the water would be running again within an hour (by 3:00 or 4:00 PM). Relying on this, we went to the beach for a swim. When I came back around 8:00 PM, there was still no running water to take a shower or wash my hair and hands. I had to buy a large bottle of water just to have some basic water in the room. I understand that nearby construction work is out of the hotel's control. However, I do not appreciate being misinformed by being told it would only take an hour when it actually took until the next day. Furthermore, €65 is a lot of money for a night where I could not even shower or wash my hair after swimming. I was shocked that the hotel refused to offer any compensation or even a 50% refund, considering that running water is a basic necessity they failed to provide and did not tell me about in advance. Unfortunately that led my stay to a very disappointing experience."

"I gave the location a 3, because the hotel is right on the road. I don't know how I fell asleep, but the noise from the road was so loud that it seemed like the windows were open. I must have been really tired during the day. Before going to bed, I wanted to get up and go and change the room, but we were tired and decided to try to sleep, because it was only one night before the flight. The airport is 15 minutes by car, so that's a plus. We didn't walk around, but it seems there is nowhere to go. It seems like there is a service center or a car wash nearby. We were given a room on the second floor. Ask for a high floor and for the windows not to face the road, otherwise you won't fall asleep, the windows are very thin. The hammam and saunas are good, we recommend them. You can eat something at breakfast, but there is no rice, but there are French fries and pizza. Also different cereals, cheeses and sausages, bakery. The coffee is bitter. The bed in the room is nice. The towels are good. We used our own hygiene products. The hotel is suitable for a one-night stopover after arrival or before departure."

"I rarely write such negative reviews, but this time it’s absolutely necessary. We booked an upgraded room with a sea view at Lucky Monkey from February 15 to 23, expecting a relaxing vacation, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the pictures online had nothing to do with reality. The hotel was dirty and run‑down, and the room itself was in terrible condition. Housekeeping was poor, the air conditioner didn’t work, the pull‑out TV was broken, and there were ants crawling in the bathroom. There wasn’t even a proper wardrobe to store clothes. It was simply impossible to stay there — we managed to endure one night, which was a huge mistake. All night long, the neighboring guests were shouting, partying, and making noise nonstop. We left early the next morning, unable to stay any longer. The hotel refused to refund the unused nights, and we had to book somewhere else. To our surprise, Marriott Executive Apartments and even Marriott Residence Inn offered beautiful rooms and great service for a lower nightly rate than Lucky Monkey! To make matters worse, I got food poisoned at the hotel’s restaurant. When checking out, the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving early or if there was any problem. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against staying at Lucky Monkey — it’s dirty, noisy, poorly managed, and completely not worth the money. ——— Никогда не писала столь разочарованных отзывов, но в данном случае иначе нельзя. Мы заранее забронировали улучшенный номер с видом на море в отеле Lucky Monkey с 15 по 23 февраля, ожидая комфортного отдыха, а в итоге получили сплошное разочарование. С первых минут стало ясно, что фотографии на сайте совершенно не соответствуют действительности: отель грязный, интерьер уставший, а сам номер оставлял ужасное впечатление. Уборка выполнена крайне небрежно, кондиционер не работал, телевизор, встроенный в тумбу, оказался сломан. В ванной ползали муравьи, а нормального шкафа для размещения вещей и вовсе не было. Провести там неделю оказалось невозможным — мы продержались всего одну ночь, и то зря: соседи всю ночь устроили настоящую вакханалию, громкий шум и крики не прекращались до утра. Утром мы немедленно уехали, отказавшись от дальнейшего проживания. Деньги за оставшиеся ночи нам не вернули, при этом нам пришлось срочно искать новое жильё. И каким было удивление, что Marriott Executive Apartments и даже Marriott Residence Inn стоили за ночь дешевле, чем этот «улучшенный» номер в Lucky Monkey — при несравнимом уровне качества и сервиса. Вишенкой на торте стало то, что я отравилась в ресторане при отеле. При выезде сотрудники на ресепшене даже не поинтересовались, почему мы уезжаем раньше срока и остались ли довольны. Этот отель — худшее место, которое я когда‑либо выбирала. Ни в коем случае не рекомендую Lucky Monkey никому, кто ценит чистоту, комфорт и уважительное отношение к гостям."

We took a couple cocktail massage package for 2 hours and 15 minutes and it was totally worth it. The food wad good, but quite repetitive. Very good location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around."

"This hotel is located closer to the “hustle and bustle” of Antalya and is very new but definitely has flaws. Our staff was a different experience for IHG, a lot of old fashioned ways replaced with Technology (button to clean and button to not be disturbed). This however takes away from the IHG pledge for additional points if your room isn’t cleaned, this seems standard worldwide but not here? Strange. The room is very new and modern, however there is no spare pillows, which puffed well for show but did not support your neck well. A smell was always present in the toilet along with even when not asking for your room clean, it’s turned over anyway. The spa and pool facilities are modern however lack the feel of other IHG hotels in the area. The outdoor pool is poor and small, the ladders are VERY close to falling off the wall and the days we tried it, the pool was always dirty. The spa downstairs looks like someone has just taken the wrapper off and is very clean. I would say though, everyday we had to ask for things to be turned on to use them. Room service was very poor, when asking for things and paying, both occasions took longer than expected, with a cake taking 1 hour to come from a fridge in the bar that I wasn’t allowed to just have on a plate and take upstairs. When moving round the hotel, there was always busy and the atmosphere was there."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Legend Tulip Hotel in Antalya. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and main attractions. It offers great value for money, especially considering how convenient everything is around the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff. The two male receptionists were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout. They went out of their way to assist us and even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our travel plans much easier. "What a lovely hotel ! The staff and owner were all wonderful and could not help enough. The hotel has clearly had a lot of money spent on an upgrade which has made it very homely and welcoming.
