PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here twice with a few days in between. Our first stay was great! The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed but the outside bar served nice food (only 2 veggie options), though a little noisy and cold (they gave us blankets when we asked). Our second stay was awful! We had two rooms booked, but they said we only had one. We had to wait several hours in reception for this to be sorted with no apology from staff. When we came to check out, they said they hasn’t received the money from lastminute.com and asked us to pay again. I showed proof of payment, but they said they didn’t have it so wanted me to pay. I refused! They asked me to call lastminute.com to sort out the payment transfer to them. I explained that everything on my end was complete and that they could sort it out with the tour operator not me. Also on our second stay the food was terrible - the zebu fillet was completely inedible. When we told the staff they didn’t even acknowledge this problem.

JJura thé bratMy stay here was a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. One highlight of my stay was the shower—it had excellent water pressure and was always nice and hot. We also enjoyed playing a game of pool at the end of a day. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

KKarri BI was traveling for work, and the first part of my trip was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even found me a doctor when I got sick one evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was pretty reliable. But it was a loud hotel. Initially there was some construction going on outside the window of my room, so even when my room got a bit stuffy it was hard to keep the window open long because of the noise. Then later in the week there were about 200 young athletes staying in the hotel and it descended into chaos. It's a really well-located hotel, and so you may still choose to stay. If you find it too loud, I recommend walking around the corner to Paradise Restaurant (actually I recommend this anyway!) the atmosphere is a peaceful buzz of excitement and the food is delicious!!

Vraiment très bien pour le prix. Bon WIFI, Télé, coffre, frigo, chambre spacieuses avec une literie extra. Très bonne cuisine au resto. Personnel agréable. Situé au centre ville près de la mairie, le quartier n'est pas sûr, comme le reste de la ville. Même en pleine journée on peut se faire voler ou agresser. Il y a des policiers, mais dans des endroits où ils ne risquent rien, ou souvent pour faire la circulation

PPengguna Tetamu今までに２回宿泊した。古いホテルではあるが、ロケーションが良く、朝食やスポーツジム、スパといったホテルのサービスには満足できる。しかし深夜、ホテルスタッフが合い鍵を使って侵入してきたことがあった。 2023年8月19日から20日にかけての深夜2時30分に合鍵を使って男性のホテルスタッフが女性を連れて入室してきた。私が怒鳴ったら彼らは慌てて出て行き、しばらくの間二人は廊下で口論していた。その後「空いている部屋だと思って開けてしまった、ごめんなさい」とスタッフから電話がかかってきた。翌日フロントに苦情を言いに行ったが、レポートされておらず、スタッフの中でもみ消された様子。今のところホテルからの正式な謝罪はない。宿泊する方はドアの前に椅子やスーツケースを置いて物理的にドアを開けられないように用心した方がいい。 I have stayed here twice now. Although it is an older hotel, hotel services such as breakfast, gym, and spa are satisfactory. However, one time, the hotel staff used a duplicate key late at night to gain entry. On August 19-20, 2023, a male hotel staff member entered the room with a female using a duplicate key at 2:30 a.m. When I yelled at them, they left in a hurry and argued in the hallway for a while. Later, I received a phone call and stuff saying, ”I thought it was an empty room and opened it, I'm sorry.” The next day, Sunday morning I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported to reception and seemed to have been hushed among the staff. So far, there has been no formal apology from the hotel. Those who are staying at the hotel should be vigilant to make sure that the door cannot be physically opened by placing a chair or suitcase in front of the door.

De retour après 10 ans dans cet hôtel cosy à décoration en hommage à l'Inde, j'ai pris cette fois une chambre au 2ieme étage côté cour avec douche à 120 mille Ar petit déjeuner simple offert mais j'ai préféré prendre le complet à 15 mille Ar et je n'ai pas été déçu ( café, jus de fruit, 2 crêpes, croissant, omelette, confiture,pain et beurre). Situé dans le quartier d'Ambondrona à 6 mn à pieds par les escaliers pour se rendre à Analakely. Le personnel est très avenant avec toujours le sourire, si vous aimez fumer le cigare sur la terrasse ou au bar avec le patron alors vous pouvez l'accompagner et discuter. Il existe aussi des mini suites à 150 mille Ar. Minibar, bouilloire,climatisation et balcon dans toutes les chambres.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in the Superior Business Guest Room at Feima Hotel. While the room was spacious and nicely appointed, several issues detracted from my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to cool the room adequately, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom had clogging issues, and water leaked onto the floor. Additionally, noise from the upper floor was a persistent annoyance. Despite the room's potential, these problems need attention. With improvements, Feima Hotel could offer a better experience for its guests.
