這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適i，前台熱情細心，在延吉住了兩晚，真是價格超級貴，酒店也不怎麼樣，這個酒店和延吉800多價格應該是差不多的，我在延吉住的380的居然是一性的無紡布床單浴巾等用品！時間寬裕的可以不在延吉住，到周邊縣城住，條件和價格好多了。

ННадежда МунThis is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to! When booking a room, they provide a lot of good privileges: transfers, hot springs, a VIP line, tickets to Dasitayhe! Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOur stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
2. Room
The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather.
3. Hospitality
The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable.
4. Assistance and Arrangements
Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free.
5. Farewell
This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply.
6. Final Thoughts
Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.
2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins
Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins
Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river
3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍
Thank you hotel boss for everything.
We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

SSH.1Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!!
We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift!
It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room.
The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing.
The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station.
Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。
作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

PPengguna TetamuI'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts.
Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food.
Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner.
As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager:
- please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave;
- extended breakfast time to at least 9:30;
- include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

SSaharathThere was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com.
The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged.
The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet.
The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!
