Had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. What was outstanding was the travel concierge. She was patient and highly helpful and took care of all our itinerary bookings and transport. All at a very fair price. She explained everything in detail and was very honest with her recommendation and charges too by not overselling etc which was very common in china. Her recommendations were all highly suitable for my group of elderly travellers as well. She even took the time to help us book chang bai sha tickets on wechat in which she had not commission on. She even tried to help us save money by trying to fit all our large airplane luggages into a single car. I deeply appreciate and will not forget her kind priceless hospitality that she has shown us.
