"We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay. Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!"

"Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Taking my parents and kids to Changbai Mountain, choosing the right hotel was absolutely crucial! The family room at Ibis Changbai Mountain completely exceeded our expectations; we were comfortable and worry-free throughout our stay, and I really have to sing its praises. First off, the room is genuinely perfect for family travel! Two adults and two children fit comfortably with plenty of space for the kids to play freely. The decor is a light luxury, post-modern style, with an elegant and warm ambiance that's very relaxing. The 55-inch LCD TV and wall-to-wall Wi-Fi made it super convenient for the kids to watch cartoons and for the adults to research travel plans. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the private bathroom had 24-hour hot water with strong pressure and stable temperature. The toilet even had a heating function – so many thoughtful details! The location is definitely a huge plus! It's only a fifteen-minute walk to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, so no need to worry about taxis to the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Directly opposite is the Wetland Flower Sea Park; we could smell the flowers just by opening the window, and taking a leisurely stroll with the family in the evening was lovely. It's also not far from the Edelweiss Camp and Cloudtop Market, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Even more surprisingly, the hotel offers a free high-speed rail station transfer service; just book in advance, and someone will be there to meet you. This was a lifesaver with elderly parents and children, saving us from lugging luggage around. The transfer driver even thoughtfully shared travel tips, which was incredibly useful! The service was so warm it was touching! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, making check-in efficient. They also proactively recommended local delicacies and sightseeing routes. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety, including local specialty beef soup rice that both the kids and parents enjoyed. The dining staff were also very kind. Any requests during our stay were promptly answered via WeChat, and at check-out, they even proactively asked if we needed water for the road. The entire experience was simply excellent. The value for money is absolutely fantastic – clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and with thoughtful service. It's perfect for both family trips and vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next visit to Changbai Mountain and have already recommended it to friends who are planning to go!"

"I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain. Since we only had two days, it was a challenge to ensure our family could enjoy everything thoroughly. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with our choice. Firstly, the hotel isn't far from the Changbai Mountain entrance, and they offer direct shuttle service. The hot spring is right within the hotel, which was our first winter hot spring experience. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected during peak season. We went skiing on the day we checked in. We almost gave up because of the tight schedule – we arrived at 1 PM and the shuttle left at 1:30 PM. However, Mr. Zhang from the hotel encouraged us and actively helped our whole family (renting clothes, assisting with quick check-in procedures), and we had a great time. The small park behind the hotel was also fantastic; we fed animals and enjoyed small snow activities. We even built a little snowman in the park the next morning. As for food, breakfast was decent, but dinner à la carte was a bit pricey – you can spend as much or as little as you like."

"We stayed at the Suiseki Hotel in mid-October, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities like a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. They even thoughtfully provided bath bombs and toiletries. The bathtub was large, perfect for a relaxing soak. It was a shame the sauna was under maintenance, so we couldn't try it. The landlady and staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since we were foreign tourists and didn't have local phone numbers, the hotel couldn't reach us and even worried that we wouldn't be able to find the place. The hotel's location is a bit secluded, making it hard to get takeout delivered. However, the room had instant noodles and snacks available for purchase, and you could also order hotpot and Northeastern Chinese dishes. We tried the cold noodles, and they were quite good. In the morning, the surrounding scenery was beautiful. We took many photos while walking back from the Suiseki rafting. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable environment and attentive service, making it ideal for travelers looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. Oh, one last thing: the breakfast was delicious! Especially the millet porridge! 🤤"

Be aware that room rates during the summer holiday were 2-3 times their usual price, so it's probably best to avoid peak travel times. When she learned we weren't feeling well after skiing, she thoughtfully brought us ginger tea. The shuttle driver was also very kind. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time.
