"We stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time here. We loved the room. It has a smart tv so we could watch everything that we wanted. The shower was nice with douche gel and a warming mirror so you can look in the mirror immediately. The breakfast was really really good and diverse.
We walked in 10 minutes to the center. There are also supermarkets in the area. We parked the car 10 minutes away. Booked it upfront and that was nice. They are open for 24 hours a day so there’s always someone to help you when you need help. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We celebrated our daughters birthday here and they decorated the room. They did everything to make our stay amazing."

"I recently stayed at A-STAY Antwerp and had a positive overall experience. "Spotlessly clean and just a couple of steps from the station. Parking was a bit pricey, and the hotel's vague instructions led me to pay 51 Euros, which was triple the actual parking fee. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the room was very spacious by European standards. Both twin beds were also very large."

"Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line.
The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre.
The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone."

"It was very convenient, close to Antwerp Station. A friendly hotel staff member spoke to me until check-in and kindly explained various things. However, the hotel's photos were completely different from the ones shown, with a colorful and flashy exterior. Also, I had booked breakfast, but when I told the staff member that I couldn't eat it because I was leaving early, he said he would prepare a breakfast box for me, and told me to pick it up at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, which I was happy about, but the next morning he said it wasn't ready in time. It was disappointing."

CCindyTsangThe reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.

The room is small, dusty, smell bad when we arrived.
We find out the dust everywhere when the light is on. It is easily to see it flew whole room.
The toilet smell is so strong when we opened the room door, no matter how many times we flush the toilet. The smell is continuously coming out. There is no air circulation in the toilet.

While compact (around 13-15 sqm), they are designed to be functional, typically including a comfortable ”Sweet Bed™ by ibis budget”, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and eco-friendly toiletries. The room also features a separate toilet. For quick snacks and drinks outside of breakfast hours, vending machines are available but they only accept cash.

Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel.
The room was spacious.
Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black.
It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

GGuest UserGreat hotel. Service was good. Location for the money also fine. Nice that you can park at the hotel. Only the hygiene was a bit disappointing. The shower head of the hand shower had not been cleaned for a while and the sewer smell that came from the bathroom was also not really pleasant.
