Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Everything was well organized. Highly recommended.

Although it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth it! The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the welcome amenities were a lovely touch.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I love the swimming pool, food taste, staff service, cozy room. However, may consider improving the quality of premium deluxe room and perhaps installing a lift.

Location is very good, near anyer wonderland and not too far from Cilegon. Breakfast was Ok, plenty of variety of food and tasted ok. Some walkways were under construction. Overall good experience and stay at hotel, will comeback

The view is stunning, meals and breakfast so so, staff not to friendly and amenities not complete, we hv to asked some missing stuffs
