We got married in La Salle and had our wedding reception at the Relais Mont Blanc Hotel, as well as staying in the hotel for the weekend. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and we had such a wonderful weekend. The bedrooms were very luxurious and the lounge was very cosy especially with the fire on. Tiziana and her team were fabulous, and they made sure that the whole weekend went very smoothly and that we had everything we wanted. Our wedding day was incredible and Tiziana made sure that the whole day went smoothly, her and her team were there to assist us and our guests with anything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef is very talented, his meals were exquisite, and very well presented. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel as it is pure luxury and the setting is amazing. If you're thinking about getting married here, then please do, you won't regret it! We had the most magical weekend and we made wonderful memories. Thank you to Tiziana and all her staff, I would not hesitate to go back, and will definitely go back again. Tiziana organised the whole wedding for us, and she did a wonderful job!

Easy to find off the main road. We stayed for 1 night mid week and arrived after lunch so we had 1 1/2 days of spa usage. Reception was pleasant and multi-lingual. Bedrooms had great views of the mountain and gardens. Room was large with generous bathroom. But, the grout in the bathroom was quite discoloured and needed maintenance. Also, there is in no iron in the room or even available in the hotel - this is a negative - so make sure you iron what you need before you come. The spa looks like it has been extended and there are any rooms to try. So don't miss out. They should put a map on the walls (like they do in other QCTerme spas), so you know where to find the different spa rooms. The food was plentiful and of a good standard. Make sure you make use of the apertivo at 5pm included in your stay. Another downside was the tight parking downstairs and they have no electric charing points for cars - again a negative. Whilst very enjoyable and we had a relaxing time, they can't really say this is a 4star hotel anymore.

We arrived for a 3 nights stay at the hotel, and found what we were expecting, and much more. Hotel location very comfortable, and the shuttle to nearby attractions saved us a lot of time. The rooms with the mountains view were clean, large enough, and modern. The hotel overall is very modern. Breakfast served every morning in the dining room facing the remarkable Mont Blanc view. Anything you had in mind, was served in Breakfast. The Staff is very helpful, for any inquiry or help needed. My recent family vacation stay at the IH Hotel in Courmayeur was, regrettably, a disappointing experience. Despite its purported four-star rating, the establishment falls significantly short, aligning more closely with a two-star facility in terms of quality and service. Firstly, the hotel's infrastructure appears to be trapped in a bygone era, with no evident modernization since the 1990s. This extends from the rooms to the common areas, all of which lack contemporary comforts and amenities. The rooms, in particular, are in dire need of an update; the bathrooms feel antiquated with doors that won't properly close, the floors are marred by scratches, and the technology is virtually non-existent. The beds and wardrobes are basic and uncomfortable, contributing to an overall lack of hospitality. The staff's demeanor, especially at the reception, was unwelcoming, often bordering on rudeness. A particularly unpleasant encounter involved Giovanni, the shuttle driver, who exhibited unacceptable behavior by shouting in front of children, simply because I chose to open my own door. Such incidents cast a shadow over the entire stay, making it far from the relaxing family retreat we had hoped for. The hotel's location, adjacent to a main road, subjects guests to constant noise, reminiscent of being trackside at a Formula 1 race. This, coupled with a central heating system that is only operational for a few hours each day, made for an uncomfortable and chilly environment. On a slightly more positive note, the restaurant staff were a welcome exception, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. However, the food served was basic and lacked flavor, failing to meet the expectations set by the hotel's purported star rating. In summary, my experience at the IH Hotel Courmayeur was far from satisfactory. The dated facilities, poor customer service, and lackluster dining options make it a place I cannot recommend. Those seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay in Courmayeur should consider alternative accommodations.
