Your home away from home in Apache Junction. This delightful remodeled single wide mobile home sits on 1/3 acre and features a 216 sq. ft. addition providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this property is the spacious spa to provide you with relaxation. With 2 bedrooms, One having a king bed and sliding glass door onto a spacious deck with table and chairs. The other a cozy full bed, All linens are provided for both. There are 3 comfy recliners in the living room in front of a flat-screen TV that has streaming and Direct-TV. The full kitchen has all the needed appliances, including a coffee maker and blender, as well as all pots/pans and utensils. The oak dining table seats 4 comfortably for warm meals together or enjoying a hot tea and cookie alone. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained for your comfort, coming complete with towels & washcloths. The office has a desk for you to utilize with your laptop to take care of necessary business. Off the office there is a pet door leading to the fully fenced backyard. Beautiful desert landscaping, including a deck for lounging. And a 2nd deck on top of the garage with fantastic views of the Superstition mountains and beautiful sunsets. There's a grill for all your favorite BBQ foods. With heating, air-conditioning, a washer & dryer and WiFi, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The rent includes all utilities, Elect, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Direct TV and Internet. Private hot tub and roof top patio We were very comfortable. It was just as described and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with the convenience of restaurants and shops only 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

Apache rental The owner was nice and answered questions promptly. Unfortunately the trailer was not cleaned the way it should be, I scrubed the sinks,toilet and tub . The furnishings were old. The toilet should be replaced. tmmmmmmmmmm out door fff
