Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor!

Superb location! One minute walk from airport departure and 3 minutes walk to MRLT to different hotspots of Macau. Facility has been well maintenance; however, the wall might not be very good in sound proof as I could hear people talking when they passed by my room door.

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.
Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say it’s a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then don’t open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, there’s a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesn’t have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

PPengguna TetamuI was pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially considering the price point. Here's a breakdown:
Pros:
- **Room Size**: Much more spacious compared to most hotels in Hong Kong, which was a big relief.
- **Comfort**: The bed is on the firm side, but the pillows are incredibly soft, and the duvet felt new and fluffy, making for a comfortable sleep.
- **Air Conditioning**: Worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and pleasant.
- **Amenities**: The room was well-equipped with a toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a water heater, a small wardrobe, a table and chair, and a hair dryer.
- **Location**: Very close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. Also, there are plenty of food options nearby, including convenient stores and non-halal food stalls (for those interested) .
Cons:
- **Toilet Size**: The toilet is quite small, designed for an average Asian build. If you’re taller or of European size, it might be a bit cramped—you may even need to bend your knees in certain positions.
### Additional Notes for Muslim Travelers:
If you're looking for halal food, I highly recommend visiting **Indonesia Warong Amar Berkah**, a bus ride with fewer stops and few meters from the station you'll find the shop snuggle between pastry shops. The food there is delicious and a must-try, worth the price!
Overall, **Pensão Elegante** offers great value for its price, with a strategic location and good amenities. Just be prepared for the small toilet and firm bed! Would definitely stay here again for a budget-friendly trip.
YYour Jamaican GirlI enjoyed my stay at the Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. It is located in close proximity to the subway and relatively close to the popular attractions. The condition of the apartment was superb. The room is equipped with a tv, sofa and a small kitchen area for cooking. It was very spacious, neat and well-kept. We had an amazing city view from our room. My overall experience was good and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and cost effective accommodation.
PPengguna TetamuThe hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard.
PPengguna TetamuMore of a motel or inn so manage your expectations. Accommodation in Coloane village is limited so this was decent for a one night stay with no other nearby comparison.
Simple setup with no bells and whistles. Heard about good experiences with the owner in the reviews but I never saw or got approached by them during my stay here. Granted I only stayed 1 night so it may have seemed impersonal.
Lastly I want to commend the 2 Filipino staff for their good service, esp the guy in the evening time who helped me with my luggage during check in.
